Don't order consoles from this site. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered however due to lack of communication I had to claim my money back from the bank. I gave them until the date it stated on the the page for when it should have been sent out, no dispatch notice, no follow up. I messaged on the site and emailed three times and still to this day never got a response. I don't know how the site is still going, if you can't respond to customers don't trade.

Total scam artists who hold your money indefinitely and lie to banks to win disputes.

They constantly shift stock availability dates on their website week by week to keep your money when your try to dispute the transaction. I ordered a PS5 Pro in April with a guaranteed April delivery date, and it’s now late June with zero product shipped. They ignored every email and phone call until I raised a chargeback, at which point they made fake delivery promises they never intended to keep.

Now, they have fraudulently submitted altered website dates to my bank to trick them into rejecting the dispute. Absolute fraudsters—they take your cash, go silent, and manipulate the banking system to keep it.

Where to start, ordered a ps5 for my sons birthday on April 13th and it’s still not been delivered, I’ve contacted them numerous amount of times and everytime they contact me back they say we’re dispatching your order this week or next week then I leave it like a week or 2 and still nothing then I contact again and told again and again that sorry for the delay and they will send it out this week it’s now been over 2 months and still nothing, what an absolute shambles, if I could give 0 stars I would because this is not worth the hassle

Scammers. I ordered a PS 5 pro on April 1st. Until today I have nothing but stress. Avoid this seller at all costs

Ordered a PS5 over 2 months ago. Should have been delivered in 3-5 Working Days. Still haven't recieved it, I've contacted them many times on their only contact email and had nothing back. Phone number listed doesn't work. This 'company' is almost certainly a scam.

Don't order switch 2 from here. I waited months and never got any updates.

Worse; they take ages to reply to you on the support email / there is no contact number.

Said they planned to send my order and never did. Got a refund so was just a waste of time.

Ordered a Nintendo Switch 2 on 27th April. Today is 17th June with no order or communication from the company, I have emailed and written on their contact us form online. I have now filed a dispute with my credit card company. Terrible website/service.

DO NOT USE. This is clearly fraud. I placed an order on 23rd May with a proposed shipping date of 28-29 May. It’s now 17th June and I have emailed multiple times to either check on the order, and then subsequently cancel it twice. I haven’t had a single response. Luckily I paid by credit card and have made a claim.

I can’t say my experience was not a stressful one as I had cancelled a pre order but hadn’t received a refund in several days. Time had passed so I was also unable to raise a dispute with my bank. Therefore I was frustrated and upset that I would have lost money for no reason. However Gamerium had always responded to my emails and were kind enough to send a copy of the item for me to ensure I did not lose out at all. I have to say I’m not sure most companies would have done this so I am grateful and have to commend the company for this.

I was sceptical of Gamerium after looking at the reviews on here, but i pre-ordered Gothic Remake for ps5.
Once the game was released Gamerium posted my game through 24 hour royal mail. The game released on the Friday and I believe I received it on the tuesday and it came in a padded(bubblewrap) envelope. Not quite 24 hours, but quick enough, especially as I paid about £5 less for it than anywhere else.

I would use Gamerium again in the future.

Disgusting service! Will be contacting the ombudsman to ensure this business is shut down and protects other customers being scammed like myself ! Order a ps5 for a birthday present. Never arrived made all other birthday gifts unusable and a very upset 11 year old! Don’t waste your money !!!

I bought a ps5 on 3rd May when there wasn't to many bad reviews. I have had no conformation, no response from 6 emails and the phone is now disconected.

Ignore any good reviews they're fake. I ordered months ago, they cancelled my order weeks ago and they have never issued a refund.
They are literally set up to steal from you. DO NOT ORDER. just pay the full price elsewhere and don't lose your money. It's not worth the risk.

I ordered a Nintendo Switch 2 from this company on 24th May 2026 for a birthday on 8th June 2026 plenty of time for their 3-5 business day they say they deliver in. I received 1 text message with a link to track my order which doesn’t work, every email is not replied to and am waiting to see if I can get my money back as had to go buy another switch so my son could have his birthday present. In my opinion this company are scammers and should be avoided at all costs.

Very poor customer service, took several days or weeks sometimes to respond to my emails asking for a delivery update. Finally received my product three months later after it was supposed to take one week.

Ordered like so many with a date of a few weeks away for delivery. Never arrived and after several requests for an update no response. Bought on credit card so attempted to claim back as not delivered.

Second time ordering through gamerium and again no issue. Yes the game came a day after release but think I saved around £8 ordering via them. I would recommend this company.
