I deposited through crypto 2 times and their crypto deposit service said your transaction is approved but it does not appear on my balance. When i try to contact them there is no live support, there is not even any support, their avarage reply time is "Within 2 Days" XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

ask a lot of informations that is not required, buying system doesen't work for me for some reasons i try to reach out the support team that asn't replied yet. It'v been +48h since i wrote them. between those 48h the skin i wanted to buy have been sold so i wanted to get my money back with the withdraw option but it required to make at least one trade. Don't waste ur time and money on this website guys

I've sold skins for around 20.000 euroes on this website

The costumer support through the website is hopeless, you've to catch one of the developers /supporters directly on discord and pray they don't scam...
The only reason i trust the support through discord, is because i'm danish, the supporter is danish and the website 'was' danish.

The skin selling system is hopeless as well, I've had so many issues with the pricing, once I set a skin for sale, I can't change the price '%', because everytime i modify the prices, it doesn't do anything after refreshing the site.

So everytime you want to change the prices on each skin, you've to take it off the shop, redo the price and then set the item for sale again...
Which is fine sometimes with 1-2 skins, but I was selling 100-200 skins a time, which I then manualy had to redo all the prices on every time.

Selecting skins in bulk on this website is horrible aswell, you essentially have to manually select every skin you want to sell, so if you've 10 of the same skin, you can't bulk select the item and set af fixed price, you can only select each item seperately, but can edit the price in bulk
** which you really can’t do, since you have to take every skin off the shop, and then sell again (which I just explained above)**.

You can also buy a subscription for your seller profile, which allows you to have 0% fee on withdrawing and depositing money on the site, which is a decent option.

The price of 60euroes a month to do this is a total scam, since you can only subscribe for atleast 3 months ... which then makes the cost of withdrawal/deposit of money pointless, since the website have too low activity, the client base is way too small for this large of a fee.
180Euroes to withdraw your own money is insane. Otherwise you'll need to eat the 2.5% withdrawal fee combined with the already 3% seller fee ...

Mathematically you’ll have to withdraw for 6.666€ to save about 15€ instead of the 2.5% flat transfer fee, which is after an already 3% seller cut. So a total of 5.5% fee for selling and withdrawing the money. Unless you sell for more than 50.000dkk or 6.666€

I would not recommend this site to anybody, since it's too underdeveloped and the subscriptions + fees are way too high

I only used this site because it was danish and when i started selling my skins, the site was brand new and had way lower fees + subscription costs

i bought a knife 3 days ago seller did something wrong and the trade got in the manuel review mode and been 3 days i didnt get anything helpful from the support of this site this is the worst trading site i ever seen i contacted the seller and he also said anybody doesnt answer him. do not use this site ever its bad for the seller its bad for the buyer worst cs trading site ever

GamerPay acted when a buyer didn't send me a trade, a day later he sent me the skin, and if he didn't I would be compensated for the losses. Great customer service, even active on a Sunday.

Not only there is only bank withdraw, it is also pretty much impossible to verify the bank account

I have been using gamerpay since more than 2 years and to be honest the plattform has gotten progressively worse. They have a system that benefits scammers and people who are in to malpractises. If you buy a lot of items it is super hard to track if you actually have received everything. Also with bargains you really need to pay attention that you follow the exact procedure of their system if you dont you can get scammed so easily (happened to me twice and the support just said we contacted the seller and are waiting for the response for 4 months but he scammed me so he will not respond) . They have higher fees than the market leader cs float and if you use both of these plattforms you feel a crazy difference. If you also sell on both websites it very often happens that you dont have an item in your inventory anymore but it will still be up for sale on gamperay and if it gets sold you get banned. To be honest the plattform is like 80% safe to use if your carefull and dont buy a lot of items but i would stay away from it.

I was trying to buy a knife, but a site-related issue occurred during the purchase. I couldn’t get my knife, and it was sold to someone else. Then I suddenly saw a withdrawal request from my bank — my money is going to be wasted for nothing. I told them about my situation and asked for compensation, but they replied with short, irrelevant messages that didn’t help at all. They left me in a difficult situation, and even after several days, they still haven’t responded to my message. It used to be one of my favorite sites, and I recommended it to everyone, but after this lack of care, I don’t think I’ll be shopping there anymore.

My problem with this site is that the tech support sucks. They take ages to respond and when they do, they dont even help.
I have money on the site wallet, and i cant even use it, because i cant get my id verified by them. When i ask for help they just leave me on read. They basically just made me send my ID and passport just for lols.

Due to unnecessary manual reviews, responses to messages are delayed. It would also make more sense to write the result after reviewing the issue rather than saying “I will look into it.” However, even if it's late, my problem is always solved.
It would be much better if withdrawals with cryptocurrency were added, similar to deposits. Also, we should be able to trade without using an API key, like on other sites. Furthermore, there is no full conversion between currencies. For items sold by the piece, like cases, you have to make transactions one by one. These two reasons make sales very difficult.
Despite all this, it is a site with the most affordable prices.

Seller reversed, says the trade was successful but i have even contacted the seller and he told me ge got reversed on and could deliver the item. Now its been over a week and i haven’t heard shit from this piece of crap company, only a few words each time but that’s not getting me anywhere‼️⚠️⚠️
