I had a really good experience with Gamers@Hart. After ordering a product online, it was dispatched reallly quickly and was due to be delivered the following day.

It arrived really well packaged and the product was in great condition.

The prices seemed so reasonable for the product I purchased when compared to like Amazon, who charged £10-20 more for the same product

I randomly found G@H while searching for a particular Pokémon booster box (Twilight Masquerade) and checked to ensure the company was legit (Google Maps and Trust Pilot). Everything seemed fine; prices were fair, shipping was free over £20, and it was tracked, so I placed an order for 2 items.

Unfortunately, one of my items was unable to be located. No problem; I was refunded instantly and received an apology updated on my order.

The other item was shipped right away, tracked and arrived when expected.

The item was well packed, and to my surprise, it was environmentally conscious packing (I really appreciate this). A handwritten note thanking me for my order was also included, which is a nice personal touch.

I don't have a local game store near me that supports my hobbies, so I'm always hunting for online smaller, non-corporate businesses to support, and I'm glad to have found one.

Prices are really fair and seems like it's a really nice wee shop. Genuinely class service as well, made an online order here on a Thursday at 13:30 from the store which is obviously based in Hartlepool, England, and despite me being in Northern Ireland I received it by 11am the next day. Seems like I'm just praising the postal service but I was just so pleased they were quick with packaging up my order. From my one experience I can't recommend them enough. Although, I guess it would be nice to see some more board games on offer as I'd be more than happy to support good businesses like this if there were just a few more things like that. Even little games like Dudo/Liar's Dice would be class to see. If a nice set came up I'd be buying it!

I bought the board game Bezzerwizzer as a family Christmas game. Not only was it he best price I could find online, but it was nice to know it was from an independent local(ish) company in Hartlepool.

It was posted next day delivery. I was also given email updates to keep me posted on the delivery progress.

The item arrived in fully compostable packing, which is great as I have a compost bin. I was also please to see a handwritten "Thank you" note from who I presume are the owners (Peter and Jeni).

Overall I would thoroughly rate this company and recommend that potential buyers of board games purchase through Gamers@Hart over larger international companies such as Amazon.
