Absolutely top-notch service. Just couldn't fault it. I needed a WarHammer gift for my grandson in Ireland. GamersatHart had exactly the gift that I needed and at a very competitive price. Not only that, they offered free P&P for anything over £20. I ordered it around lunchtime on Tuesday. They processed the order immediately and kept me informed. I was quite skeptical at ordering something from a company/site I had never heard from before. However after reading these reviews I went for it. I ordered a Pokémon advent calendar for my son at the cheapest price I could find (without going down the rabbit hole of fake and frauds that is eBay) and the customer service was flawless. Email updates at every stage, very well packaged, quick delivery and a really nice hand written note included. I don’t usually write these reviews but felt like it was necessary to reflect the service provided. Will 100% be using them again in the future

Bought off here for the first time as they were the only place selling what I wanted that offered free delivery when spending over a certain amount. This website ended up being cheapest for the item anyway, regardless of postage.

My package arrived very quickly and was perfectly packed. It also had a note about how all the packaging is compostable, which I thought was a nice touch. The note was signed by Peter, who thanked me for my order.

I’ve used this shop a couple of times and always have a very positive experience. Orders are processed quickly (this one was shipped the same day - Friday - and arrived early Monday morning). Also for an independent shop their pricing is very competitive with some fantastic sales from time to time. Highly recommend.
