Item as described, shipped in a timely manner, would definitely use again.

Found this website online while looking for a specific product that was out of stock everywhere else. Not only was this place cheaper than everywhere else delivery was also free. Packaging was nice as it kept my item safe while also being renewable. Arrived very quickly also with a hand signed thank you note. Would definitely recommend.

Honestly, they seem like a great company. I ordered a Kickstarter game (Canvas Deluxe) on Pre-Order in September 2023 (for those of you who Kickstart, note the Kickstarter estimated delivery was August 2023!), mainly because I'd missed the actual Kickstarter as I hadn't heard of the game at that point. Gamers@Hart don't debit your account when you order if you're ordering a pre-order, only once the game arrives in store, so I gave my card details and waited ...

... and waited ...

Now waiting is something you get used to on Kickstarter, but let me tell you, it's a lot less stressful when you haven't already paid for the game, rather than when you paid for the game on Kickstarter, and it doesn't deliver on time, and you eventually start worrying if the project will ever materialise ... and sometimes it never does, but I digress ...

I was notified that the game arrived at Gamers@Hart on the 27th December, the money was duly drawn from my account, and the game arrived, well packed and promptly (on the 28th or 29th).

Seriously, in terms of board games, if I ever fancy another one off Kickstarter (and I've ordered a few in my time!) the first thing I'll do is check whether Gamers@Hart have it on pre-order, and if they have I'll order it from there instead - well priced, well packed, free delivery on orders over £20, and so much less stress ...

They're now my Friendly (not-so) Local Game Store!

Have now used Gamers@Hart several times via mail order and can’t fault the service and packaging.
Especially good approach to taking pre orders as unlike other retailers they don’t take your money until delivery is imminent and even make it easy to cancel online no questions asked if you change your mind in the meantime. Each of my orders has even come with a handwritten thank you which is a really nice touch compared to most mail order outlets.

I could not find anyone in London or online who could get me the LOTR expansions my son wanted for christmas. Some told me they had stock but when I went to the stores it was for pre-order and nothing I wanted. Then I found Gamershart after going through many online searches. They were quick to respond and were very positive. They got the items and shipped them in a few days. I was contacted and kept informed throughout making it a calm and stress free experience. I recommend them.

I’ve used Gamersathart a few times and never had any problems. All games have been well packaged and I’ve never had any annoying minor box damage issues. I really love their pre-order system which is much better than others who hold on to your money and then don’t tell you your product is never coming! Give ‘em a go.

Really impressed with Gamers@Hart's pre order process - they don't take any money when you place your order and you can cancel at any time on their website. Always get a response on their social media pages too. Highly recommend!

G@H have been running clubs for kids for years now (in our case the pokemon tcg) and it's been something that has helped our son develop his strategy, patience and sportsmanship.
They always have a variety of products in, mtg, rpg books and materials, warhammer and loads of other miniature based games, tcgs and board games. The staff really put the friendly in FLGS :) They've set the bar for what a gaming shop should offer, long may it continue.

My go to place for all things gaming. Staff are wonderful, knowledgeable (and funny!). They work hard to keep products at rrp or below. Always happy to make recommendations on games for particular interests / recipients. Not just a store but a wonderful gaming community!

Picked up a Planescape pre-order at a great price. I hadn’t heard of the company before so was a little unsure but everything was delivered as promised, and I even got a discount on my next order. Very happy to find somewhere that isn’t rainforest-themed to buy roleplayibf books. Thanks, I’ll be back!

My local brick and mortar store (FLGS), have shopped here many times throughout the years. Ranged from a quick pop-in for a bottle of paint to large group pre-orders. Always found them to be friendly, accommodating, and priced exceptionally well (often a good % below RRP). Highly recommended!

Great range of stock - if they don't have it they will do their best to get it for you, friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Purchased a game that I couldn't get anywhere else online for an amazing price. Fast delivery. Great experience. The store is about 40 mins drive and I will be checking it out soon.
