Not good on communication
Shipping estimate for delivery was way off, item eventually arrived but no updates were given until the day the item was delivered. Getting an email saying the item has shipped in the same minute as the email saying it's delivered was not good communication
No updates on order and randomly cancelled
Made an order for a Logitech G Pro X Superlight, a month later the order was still not processed. Their FAQs say orders are processed 1-2 weeks after the order is placed. I tried contacting Gamerverse multiple times for an update through their email, live support, and Shop.ca chat, I've been met with no responses or updates on my order. My order was then randomly cancelled with no reason why.
Stay away and go to a place that can be trusted
If you’re looking to purchase from this company, I highly suggest you look at other reputable retailers. If you’re a fan of being extremely frustrated and like pain and suffering, then go with this company. Dealing with Gamerverse and Hunter ranks in my top 3 worst customer experiences ever. I had purchased a G923 and shortly after receiving it, I decided that I no longer wish to have the product. Their website states they offer refunds, so I sent an email asking for a refund. One day later, I received a response from Hunter asking for a copy of the label which I had provided the same day. What followed was two weeks of me emailing asking if further instructions were needed but radio silence. Finally, after two weeks an email from LogitechG.ca and lone behold it’s Hunter saying their Gamerverse email server is having “issues”, I thought ok fair enough. (This tells me he’s an employee of Logitech and just resells probably using his employee discount as the package also arrives from Logitech’s warehouse). I provided an alternative contact method (both email and mobile number) and two days later he provided instructions of where to mail and return the item.
This is where I finally thought the saga was over, but I was wrong. I had shipped the package back to the mailing address provided but the delivery company cannot deliver it because the mailing address provided is an apartment complex with multiple units. Once again, I contacted Hunter asking for the unit number, but no response was ever received for over a week.
I am now out of money for shipping the item back for a refund and stuck with an item that I do not want. I am baffled as to how you can run a business and have an address knowing that you need a unit number to receive mail but do not share this information so people can send you the returns. It raises the question of how many others have suffered because of this. Is there an enjoyment factor of having people waste their hard-earned money by shipping items to a destination that won’t go anywhere?
I highly suggest that Gamerverse/Hunter take some business 101 classes or read on the internet how to provide a good customer experience because they do not have it today. Stay away and go to a place that can be trusted.
Articles are at very good price
Articles are at very good price, and the customers service was pretty quick and efficient. Delivery was a little wait for me, but maybe I was impatient at well. (2-3 weeks) Product was well tracked through the "Shop" app and the communication through it as well.

Logitech Powerplay
Ordered 2 items closer to the end of January, the G502 and the Logitech Powerplay. The mouse arrived on time within 2 weeks. Meanwhile the Logitech Powerplay never arrived. Waited almost a month for anything.
After 2 weeks, 4 attempts were made to contact the seller for a updated because the order was never processed. Email, chat and the shop app. There was no response until the 22nd of February and they said they would submit a ticket to the warehouse. Then on the 27th they said they will simply refund me for the Logitech Powerplay. The whole point of getting the G502 was to use it with the Logitech Powerplay.
Save yourself the trouble and get it off Newegg. It'll cost more, but all that trouble isn't worth the discount.
Honestly though at least the mouse came through in a timely manner and so did a refund for the Logitech Powerplay. so 2.5 Stars, if communications were timely and were responded to within 2-3 business days I would have been far happier.

Placed 3 orders February 5…. Received 1 order almost 3 weeks later …. The other 2 orders I’m am told Logitech rejects after 3weeks ….but they shipped my g915 ti my rejected address ….what a great first and last experience with this company
After an hour on the phone with Logitech support turns out my address is not flagged …. Looks like you draw your customers on with your low prices …. Make up excuses as to why you can’t deliver

Everything was perfect
Everything was perfect. They answered all my many questions in the chat, and all the process went as they told me it would go. The package was in another cardboard box so nobody could see what was in it. I recommend this Gamerverse for sure!

Shipping is slow but worth it.
These prices can't be beat and when you can get ahold of their support, they're quite helpful. I do think they need to work on updating the customer more. There were a few times I got nervous of a scam. All in all, if you can be patient, these guys are awesome. I will definitely be ordering again.

Worth it in the end.
Took a while to ship due to getting flooded by orders (they needed to wait for stock to come in).
When FedEx was holding the packing in limbo, support was able to quickly switch it to a local pickup point and I was able to pick it up the next day.
