I was locked out of 007 due to a…

I was locked out of 007 due to a technical fault with the account. I got InTouch with Lizzy and she gave me a new email for the game and I was back in playing again.

I also had a problem with another sale that didn't go through and failed but my money was taken. She sorted that out for me too.

I couldn't be happier. Thank you Lizzy 😊

Excellent Customer Support

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

At first, I thought I had a problem because the login details I received were not working. I contacted support and received a reply very quickly. After I sent screenshots showing the issue, they checked everything and provided new login details that worked immediately.

I really appreciate how fast and professionally they handled the situation. They stayed helpful throughout the process and solved the problem without any hassle.

Even when my warranty for a game was…

Even when my warranty for a game was compromised. The agent I spoke to was was willing to replace the account. They provide great service and really put the customer first not to mention they are very quick to sorting it out

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Had some trouble with download code for ps5 but new one sent to me 3 times without any trouble from card games .net . Manage download and everything is working great.

I bought a fc26 for ps4

I bought a fc26 for ps4, i received an account with the game i played 5 months and after that it stopped working. I contacted the support team and they responded and resolved in about an hour, and now it's working again.

Support sucks

Microsoft/Sony has banned the account used to cater the purchase and locked me out of the game. Gamescard is refusing to pay my money back.

Support sucks! They are replying fast but are not investing enough time in properly understanding my issue. They are repeatedly asking for the same information. This is a scam. Do not buy from them!!
