Pure scam I bought a game and then the site just told me "This order's status is "Processing"—it cannot be paid for. Please contact us if you need assistance." I tried to contact them but they’re telling me they cannot find a payment belonging to me even though I have literal proof that my money got taken.

I would avoid GamesCard.net, clearly a scam organisation. Multiple games I’ve purchased through them never last a year; they constantly turn off console sharing, claiming it’s an error, but it’s actually just them reselling the game you purchased through them. Nowhere does it state that you’ll be playing via a shared account, but that’s the case they hide from you. You’ll constantly be signed out of games, and customer support is non-existent. Every game I’ve purchased through them I’ve been logged out of, and customer support refused to help.

Absolute scammers; your game might last a few months, but you will fall victim to them. AVOID!

This is one of the best websites I've dealt with. Ordering is easy, and you can easily get the games you want at great prices. Their customer service is available all the time and they care about your satisfaction.

I recently lost access to one of those that I hadn't played for a while, but I contacted customer service and they got it back in a couple of hours.

Nearly two years since using their service and their support team still responds quickly, helpfully and kindly.

Horrible experience, I bought FC 26 for my 13 years old son,. The purchase didn't allow to install on my PS5 under MY parential management. Therefore, i wasn't able to protect my son's as could not change setting for the new account which was created under a different parential . I was completely blind when my son's playing games, how long, who's talking to ... Asked for my refund and they refused to give it back. Very unhappy with these people. If your parents carry of your children safely, this is very dangerous platform. Nobody must buy their games, you will regret purchasing from them, rather take your money and buy elsewhere. NOBODY WANTS TO RISK OUR CHILDREN ONLINE SAFETY.

Bought rd1 couldn't get past the 2 factor id dispute emailing and getting additional codes asked for refund but no response so far other than purchace complete even tho didn't get to download game after posting review have emailed them with order number now getting no response will be filing a chargeback at end of day if still no responce update 2 June have emailed again with order number emailed are being ignored with no response

5 star service ! I had a small problem and emailed the site only to have a reply within five minutes. They sorted the problem out straight away. Fantastic service.
And they saved over 25 quid on a PS5 game!!

Horrible experience, I bought Call of Duty 7. The purchase didn't want to install on my PS5. Asked for my refund and they refused to give it back. Very unhappy with these people. Possibly close their business, expose them, they prey on people's hard earned monies. Bloody scammers these. Nobody must buy their games, you will regret purchasing from them, rather take your money and buy elsewhere.
