Customer made unreasonable demands and wanted us to put a very low value on an expensive item for customs declaration, which we refused.

I ordered my Dreamcast Fighters gamepad as it was out of stock( the DC original pad colour) and was kept informed of how long it would be before I received it.
After the allotted time of 5 weeks, I received the pad.....Get In!!!!!

Trusted merchant, excellent service
Have been shopping with Games Connection since 2019 and they have never disappointed. Very much a trusted merchant that will deliver what you pay for.
Just a bit of feedback for GC though; the website could maybe do with a bit of re-organisation, like the product categories that contain a single product, the controller adapters listed under HDMI cables, or the GCLoader listing using the URL for the old GCDual 5.3.
