Poor service all around.
I'm waiting on a Gamecube HD adapter, it was bought

30th of April, it's now the 24th of May and it still hasn't arrived.

I was told on the 10th that "we should be shipping within 10 days time" - it didn't.

I was then told that covid and brexit have affected delivery but positive reviews on here are from people who have had fast delivery and brexit and covid have been much longer than a month. State this on correspondence from the start if that's the case.

I've now been told the item has arrived (20th of May) and still no information on its delivery. The below comment doesn't verify that the item has arrived, so I believe that email was a lie. It should of been sent to me by now if that was the case.

I bought the carby hdmi adapter for my gamecube, and the process was completely painless, I bought it on the site, and within a week (I don't live in the uk) it arrived at my door. No complaints at all.

Easy to get it working, only thing i gonna complaining about is the price. But love that i can play old games on my new TV.

Got the item I was looking for in the best prince range of all other options.

Item was delivered within the predicted time and fulfilled my expectations.

Quick and efficient customer service.

While there were some problems with sending the item initially, those problems were outside of their control.

When the problems arose, they had excellent customer service, and they were very forthcoming with solutions.

All in all, I'm very happy with the product and with the service received.

My life now has meaning again.

Great service but slow delivery, but I live outside the uk. And they have nothing to do with the delivery services.

Everything worked as announced and I ordered from abroad, no problem what so ever!

Everything worked fine for me. I received my product and worked fine. I will give a minus only that please add an option to allow buying staff with import customs paid (if it exists just make it more clear which one is which). Item arrived in "estimated" arrival dates from the UK (usually it takes 30 days to arrive in Greece). Oh, I must not forget to point out that please be more "in touch" with your customers. Haboo it seemed was the sender of my package and I had problems to identify who was the sender for custom clearance. I looked at their address and I find out that it may be you.

Great quality items and very fast shipping!

Ordered a new EON Super 64 plug-and-play HD Out adapter for the Nintendo 64.
Product that arrived had seals broken and obvious signs of use. Part of the foam packaging was also missing.
Inquiry to customer service was dismissed as a need to test the product.
