I’ve had the controller a few months now and have loved it, did however run into some cable issues but after contacting support they offered to send a new cable on them, great customer service.

My experience with gamesir
As a person who has owned one of there controllers for almost year, one of the buttons on my controller was broken and non functional. As said they have a 1 year warranty and I emailed them for a replacement. All they needed was a picture and video and I was on my way. I then got to keep the controller and get another controller that I asked for around same price (a little more expensive) and it got shipped in 2 days! After this experience I can say that they care for their loyal customers and are understanding. Only one problem that was minor is the fact of how they want me to write my shipping address was a little confused. Please note that if you are buying a controller there is nothing to worry about!

I bought a Gamsir Nova Lite controller and its so nice and feels so premium for its price! What's amazing is that for its price it works for different consoles that are PC, Android, IOS, and Nintendo Switch, but I mainly use it for my gaming laptop and android phone. Oh and I tried to mess with controller, so I faced an issue, and I immediately got help from customer support from Gamesir in Discord and fixed my issue and answered my questions fast. I'm so happy with all this service!

I was having an issue with one of the buttons not working on my controller, but the support person I had was very knowledgeable and helpful with my problem. They were also patient and responsive when I responded to them with videos of my issue.
Bit of a glitch
Went through a couple of trouble shooting steps, when that didn’t work they sent me a replacement control out. Really good to deal with so I couldn’t be happier. Just to say as well that the controls are excellent.
