Their stuff is good and support was great.

The controller I use for them is much better quality than the typical Xbox controller from Microsoft and its functions on being able to rebind everything and connect to other things is great. Pretty durable too in the time I've had it. Their customer support was also pretty fast too since they use discord to help users out with problems they got in a good time frame.

Great customer service

Great customer service, tried walking me through a lot of troubleshooting. It ended up not resolving my problem but i was sent a new controller for free. The best customer support I’ve had and you’ve earned a life long customer!

The Best Customer Support Ever

I just bought the G7 Pro (ZZZ edition) and with the one flaw issue of it, the customer support was the best and I mean best support I've gotten to try and fix my issue, no bot, no waiting a long time just perfect support

I was overweigh by 120 pounds and Gamesir support helped me, after talking to my to my boy Soul, robin and shark over gamesir's discord I got promoted at my job, i found the love of my life and now I can use the pants I always wanted to use. Thank you gamesir support staff.

JUST BUY THE CONTROLLER I love Gamesir I tell everyone even ppl I don’t know

If you are reading reviews to see if you want to buy, JUST BUY the Gamesir controllers are amazing my first controller never got stick drift and once I notified them that I broke my controller they sent me my 1 year warranty controller and My second controller/current controller is Kaleid and it is amazing no stick drift even when I drop it it’s durable the lights are really cool and customizable. I’m already getting a 3rd controller which will be G7 Pro and it’s gonna be amazing I can just imagine how good it will be(To sum this up Gamesir controllers are one of a kinda and very customizable, also the costumer service is very good).

I will probably buy from gamesir again 👍

This company's products live up to their descriptions, and their support team is very dedicated! I decided to return my cyclone 2 controller despite its high quality joysticks and triggers as I am used to a different type of face button. The travel on these mechanical buttons (while they are way more durable) is a bit different and i decided it wasn't
the controller for me. Despite actually exceeding my 30-day return window by a day or two, they still helped me out and gave me a full refund. Must be my lucky day. I did have to pay for return shipping, but thats fair enough to me.
A word of advice is to get customer support on discord if you have a problem, the system there seems to be much more efficient than using their support email.

Thank you GameSir

I have to say, the G7 Pro Wu-Chang Fallen Edition is one of the best controllers I’ve ever used. Its design and performance are top-notch, making every gaming session smooth and enjoyable. Unfortunately, there was a minor issue during shipping with the first unit I received. However, the GameSir support team was fantastic—they responded quickly and sent me a brand-new controller within a day. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with both the controller and the customer service. Highly recommended!

Talking to them is a breeze!

These guys are so friendly. Feels like you are talking to your friends. My g8+ broke due to bad firmware update released on their end which they acknowledged and placed a replacement order for me and couple more folks who got their devices bricked. One of the guy had his warranty expired too. They apologised for the same as well which is very rare to see in today's industry. They are indeed customer friendly and will recommend their products.
