They will send the game I'm sure about that but I'm not certain the customer service even exists. I needed a emailed receipt for proof of purchase which I communicated via email several times over 2 weeks and no reply. Furthermore I called the customer service office which is based in Germany and I was on hold for 15 minutes which cost me 5 pounds and then the call just ended. All in all I think the games are reliable but if anything does go wrong I wouldn't count on help.

Bought a game, receive a verification code that didn't work and a pending "verification" that stopped me from getting my game

Biggest load of Crooks going, product ordered and paid for but no redemption code sent. Various emails and social media contacts all unanswered.
Still awaiting either the product or a refund, PayPal dispute launched.

I tried to buy a key on the website. After the payment was successful they refused to send me the keys that I paid for and they asked for personal documents like ID-card and passport. (Requesting photocopies of these documents are highly illegal in my country.) I immediately blacklisted the site and reported to paypal. (My only problem is: Why can't they simply ask for these documents BEFORE the payment? If I had known that, I wouldn't have made the payment. I feel scammed and forced now, because I paid for something that I will never get.)
Again, avoid these scammers..

No help from the staff and never got a refund for a game that never worked. NEVER using this service again.

The item I purchased wouldn’t download and I approached them for w refund and they never responded.

Terrible. I bought a game on an English website and was greeted by a German screen AFTER I paid. I needed to upload a picture of myself with my ID. With my ID not being on me I couldn't do that. I had to wait a day to receive something that was labelled "instant delivery". I read through all of the emails I was sent and was greeted by two conflicting statements "this must be completed in order to receive your product" and then in the fine print "this is a voluntary action"... Waste of time and money.

Well,I didn't get 2 codes as expected,and the products camed really hard,took 3 to 6 hours

Great price in sales, but I had a really bad time while activating the product. It was from Ubisoft and I needed to visit a site, where should I login with my Uplay account to activate the product. (No key was sent to me. Gamesrocket is a verified seller as I found on Ubisoft.) On that site there was no login button. I tried and tried and tried with no success. After a while I reloaded the site and it seemed it loaded badly, because the look of the whole site was simplified, but there was a login column. I logged in with my Uplay and bam, season pass activated and started downloading right after I launched Uplay app. I would focus on this issue because it was pretty frustrating. I used Google Chrome, but Edge and Explorer haven't worked as well.
