I bought from us.gamesrocket.com and got a key that does not work in the United States.I made a ticket in the hope that the support will solve this problem in the shortest time and to see it has been 5 days and not even tired to give an answer.

Very frustrating experience

Very frustrating experience. I bought a game for a friend. You have to send your id card. But they won't tell you, you only know it after you purchased and want to retrieve your key. Process can take up to 24h to get the game you bought.

Because of this, one of our friend couldn't discover the game in the same time as us.

What an horrible case. Inadequate experience. Gamers expect to get their key very quickly. not the day after.

The game is really good

The game is really good. The wedsite was very good and easy to use. The download code was very quick to my email after buying the game.

Extorting ID after taking money.

After taking the payment they try to extort a copy of your ID and an ID shot under the pretenses of verifying your identity. They dont need verification to take your money but to send you the ware you bought? That should ring everybodies alarm bells already. I highly recommend against this, since this can lead to your Identiy being stolen. After a few emails with decent costumer service I got my money back, but annoying nontheless, since I'd rather have the game I paid for.

I was over charged for my purchase, I also did not like the unexpected security measures before making the purchase.
Was not a fun experience overall using this company.
