Due to unforseen circumstances I am unable to collect preoerder on midweek release day. Store cant garuntee that the can hold it until Friday (only will hold for 48hours) even though I have it full paid off. Cannot get it changed to delivery and can't cancel over the phone. So need to go to store to cancel and then order online from site once refunded. Joke

Recently took advantage of a very good trade in deal for my ps4 upgrading to a ps5.
The staff were very helpful and knowlegable and it was about as quick and easy as I could have hoped for, Shout out To Mike in particular as it was mostly him I was dealing with!

Helpful staff!
Had an issue with my playstation and had to bring it into the store. The manager was so helpful and polite. He had it sorted for me within the hour and I was able to take it home again. Overall the shop stocks a great selection of games and you can buy vouchers, toys and collectibles.

Dealt with the store in Ennis regarding a trade in deal. Traded in my old Xbox series S against a new series X and it was a hassle free experience. I acquired a new controller and headset, still working out cheaper than just buying the console itself as the manager worked his magic. Rude experience
I just spoke with Gamestop in Midleton, Cork about a PS5 console only through a trade in. We have their loyalty card. The console on its own is sold out but they have the version with God of War. The guy I spoke with was very helpful, then when I asked if I could pay for the console on its own with the trade in and collect it when it came back he suddenly became rude and abrupt, finishing with ‘if you don't want it you can go somewhere else’. I appreciate that he was busy but there was no call for that manner. I hope Gamestop record their calls for training and security purposes so that what I wrote here can be verified.
