I had problem with changing my mail and I messaged them. It took them over 2 DAYS to respond later they ask me for my information like loyalty card and phone number to change my email. I waited over 1 week to get respond but it was worth it because I changed my mail

I've left a review before about gamestop but I just wanted to leave another because of how helpful they are. I ordered an Xbox one s online and when it was delivered there was an issue with it. I contacted the Newbridge store to ask for a phone number for general customer service enquiries bit there wasn't an exact number only an email. I told The guy in the Newbridge store what happened and he rang the customer service guys himself to fast track my email I had sent to try resolve my issue. Within minutes I had a response and the guy in the Newbridge store had rang me back to let me know (I apologies I don't know his name). Then I was talking to Tony through emails and he got in contact with the Kilkenny store about me returning the console through them and I get a replacement there and I won't have to pay for any returns. I went down to the Kilkenny store with the Xbox and they were also nothing but helpful, I got my replacement Xbox and they were just as frustrated as I was with how it looked. Even though I had an issue with the console, everyone I dealt with today was extremely helpful and kind and are a credit to your company. I apologize for not knowing names but I just wanted everyone to know you are really looked after when dealing with GameStop.

The response time was 12 minutes!! That in itself was fantastic, but the customer service person who responded, Wayne, was very helpful and efficient. They apologised for the inconvenience politely and arranged to send out a replacement item. GameStop offers fantastic customer service.

The young woman who was serving was very informed about the subject matter very polite and spent Time explaining everything that I needed to know to make an informed choice unfortunately there was another customer in the shop who had become slightly irritated because of the time the woman was taking I suppose those sort are everywhere but I say thank you young woman you made my visit very enjoyable and I shall be calling again !!

I ordered the digital ps5 instead of the disc one
So had to cancel the order and re order the disc version
Contacted customer service straight away and got an answer from Wayne within the hour with my order cancelled, absolutely no trouble at all, very very happy with customer service and handled very well and efficiently by Wayne
