This is a scam. Don’t bother.

I tried to get a refund, but they never responded. It’s been over a year now, and I’ve sent at least four messages with no reply.

At this point, it’s clear they have no intention of helping customers. Avoid.

i deposited 20 usd to top up my card and they went offline without and refunds.

I was a regular user on this website, using their virtual prepaid cards and buying in-game items or currency. I also got some of my friends to start using this website. I even sold some in-game currency twice to them, but now it has become a website that sometimes does not even work and they won't even do anything about it. Their "24-7 support" is a joke (if you can even open the website that is) since i wrote them 3 times about my pending withdrawal that has been pending for over 2 months now and they won't help me with that issue.

Went from absolute goats of the websites to nothing after papara got their license terminated in Turkey, it was number one place to check when you wanted to grab something for a cheaper price, had $50 on the prepaid card and its gone now, support doesn't respond, site worked for a bit and now is down again. Dissapoiting

They exit scammed, website is down and no response in DMs or anywhere.

Scam website I have been using them for a while they would make excuses about their partner bank being banned and shit and just run off with the money until they come up with an investor helping them out in their ponzi scheme

I am having a very frustrating experience with this website. My balance has been stuck in 'Pending' status since November 29th, 2025, with no resolution in sight. The site frequently crashes, and the customer support is non-existent; every time I open a support ticket, it is closed immediately without any response or explanation. I have also sent multiple emails that have gone completely ignored. Based on this lack of transparency and communication, I do not recommend dealing with them

Paid around $25 to deposit into my VCC. Their VCC system "stopped working". Closed the webpage completely. Turkish scam operation. Never using such a badly designed website again. Horrible UX, horrible UI and even worse customer support. Upon asking for a refund, their customer support said "Our VCC system will soon be back up.", additionally they linked a Discord which was literally deleted. Just an indirect way of saying "we will not give you your money back and there's nothing you can do about it." Never using such service again, especially if ran by such shady people and there seems to be no effort put into it whatsoever.

Fraudulent website, I was scammed by the website for $2607

None of their services ever work on the website. The only thing that works is topping up so they basically steal your money. Their support agents are also very arrogant and their help is effortless. The website is a scam, you should NEVER use it!

This website is a complete scam they will let you add funds without any problem. But other than that nothing works on their website. You cannot make any purchase everything will be out of stock purposely. And when you are left with no choice but to Withdraw that's where you get scammed. The funds will be deducted from your account but never arrives on your payment account.

i made 50$ withdraw and now is has been a week and nothing happens, discord, emails, WhatsApp no one replying
