Please don’t buy from Playsultan

I bought some months ago a coupe of Youtube and Spotify accounts booth for 12 months. The Spotify accounts just worked 2 days, after this time I got out of Premium and I wrote to support team. They told me there is NO REPLACEMENT or HELP for my accounts because it was my bad (??? I didn’t understand that reply from support team).
Youtube accounts perfectly worked for 3 months and one day I got a message saying my Premium stops working.
Support team didn’t help me…
I will attach the specific message I got form support:
“ Hello.
Accounts are certainly checking before being delivered to the user. The user is responsible for any payment and security issues after delivery. Support is not provided.
Have a good day.”

I bought 5 Spotify accounts and 5 Youtube accounts (+200$) and definitely I lost all my money.

I can attach all evidences of my case If any user need a proof it.

Title: Paid for 1 year, got 6 months – no refund, no solution

I bought a YouTube account on June 30 for one full year. In reality, the account only worked for about 6 months.

When I contacted support, they refused to refund even the remaining period, or offer any compensation. Their only response was basically: “It’s your responsibility after delivery.”

Let’s be honest: if I pay for 12 months and receive 6, that’s not a “user problem,” that’s a service not delivered as promised.

This feels like a business model built on zero accountability: once they take your money, you’re on your own, even if the product doesn’t match what you paid for.

Worst experience I’ve had with this kind of service. If you’re thinking about buying accounts here: don’t take the risk. There are better and more reliable alternatives.

Scaming youtube account

I paid for a 12-month YouTube premium account and it was cut off after only 6 months, even though I only used it to watch videos. Their customer service is useless — they refuse to take any responsibility and keep blaming me. This site is run by scammers. Stay far away — there are much more professional and honest services out there. This is the first and definitely the last time I’ll ever use them.

Don’t buy from this page. Many problems with Spotify and Youtibe

I am writing this review after buying more than 20 accounts. I bought Spotify accounts for 12 months and 2 days after payment done and using them, all the accounts stopped working.
The support team told me they can’t be responsible of issues by Spotify policies and I would not get a refund or new account.
I spent +150€ in a day and the web page didn’t solve the problem.

The response by merchant is the following: “We are sorry you are experiencing this problem. Upon checking, I found that there are no issues on our end. Most account closures of this type are caused by the user. Security and account lifespan are your responsibility, depending on how you use your account.”

I just used them to watch Youtube without adds. There are scammers and they really not want to help however they reply all my messages saying the same…

It is a little suspicious all accounts were down after 1 days of use.

I don’t recommend to buy from this site.

They do deliver the DLCs i ask for but…

They do deliver the DLCs i ask for but to up the prices from 95tl to 250 tl for the crew is not worth it just find someone else in turkey to do for u. Now when i contacted them again they are saying that its hard to deliver the crew pack i bought from them 6-7 times when the price was 95tl and today they are speaking rudely to me. I will not buy from them again.

The virtual credit card I purchased no…

The virtual credit card I purchased no longer works. Payments are not possible anymore, and all transactions are declined. I contacted support multiple times, but my tickets were closed without any solution. As a result, I lost the remaining balance I had deposited. I request either a replacement card or a full refund of the unused funds, as the product is no longer functional.

Everything is great - Customer support poor

if you have any problem with your order or some other issue there support is poor

Paid for Balance Recharge – Never Received Anything

Scam. I made a payment to recharge my balance but the balance was never updated. I contacted support, and they told me to wait. After a few days, I followed up again, this time they asked me to send an email to their support email. I did but since then I haven’t received any response or update.

Update: I contacted in live chat again and they updated the balance but i already bought the product on another website because i wait for too long (more than 1 week). I require a refund to original wallet in the live chat, they ask to send an email to their support email again and they close the chat after that. They ignore my email in the start, why i need to waste more time for sending the email and getting another ignore?
