Buyed a Turkish VCC, payed even more 'cause there was a minimum transactions to do with crypto and it don't work. Write to them it didn't work, they replyed me for them was working and close the ticket.

They are real scammer someday ago I order 12 moths spotify premium account and later email for spotify and password was sent to me and when I check it the email and password for it was already owned by other guy and it's not possible to secure it and when I try to login to spotify first it's open and later password were changed by email owner
When I ask support team they didn't able to solve it and they said order is delivered to you but I didn't confirmed that that the email is working and spotify also working just it say delivered to you so guys don't be scammed!!! Don't lose your money!!!!

No refund after VCC service was discontinued
I've contacted their customer support after VCC was no longer working. They told me that the provider discontinued their service and that I should email them for a refund. I was promised a reply within 48 hours. It's now almost been 6 days and I've still not gotten a reply. I've contacted support chat twice but all they do is tell you to write an email that you get no answer to. Good service when the card worked but now I'm stuck with no working card remaining balance that I cannot get a refund for.

Since they removed the virtual card option, what am I supposed to do with the card if I can't add balance or use it anywhere? When I requested a refund, they only refunded the balance the card had but did not refund the amount of money I spent to buy the card. Yes, you heard me right—I had to buy the card too. Darkorbit Epins dont work
I wanted to buy one E-Pin for DarkOrbit, but it was out of stock. So I contacted support for assistance. They advised me to buy two E-Pins and use them together.
I followed their instructions, but unfortunately, the two codes didn’t work together.
Even after I provided screenshots showing that support assured me the codes would work, both support and the admin refused to help. The admin also declined to issue a refund.
It turns out the codes are from different providers, which makes them incompatible.
Now the admin is saying there's no guarantee they will work together, despite previously stating that they should.
This was my first time using this site, and I deeply regret it. The experience has been very unprofessional, and it feels dishonest to mislead a customer just to make a few extra bucks.
Edit:
Contacted the support again and they didnt help me. Told me they would inform me within 24hours but didnt happen.
Stay away from this site. Made a huge mistake, even if its not much money.
