Customer service is terrible, they never paid me and the times I tried to contact them they told me that if I continued insisting they could ban me from their page, terrible.

They haven’t released the money for four days now. When I tried to contact support via chat, I got banned. Very strange situation.

I had a card with 1800 lira that dissapeared. They did some announcment that bank (never mentioned which one) stopped the cards and they told me that they will reload the new card with the amount when that bank give them the details. How stupid is this? I see the card number i purchased inutially and they have logs for sure cuz when u topping up the card it has the damn card number! They are fraud! Anyway i am in 2 weeks in Istanbul and will file the police report. Meanwhile i will initiate chargebacks! Stay away from them and dont use their services! They blocked me even on discord after telling them that they are just scammers! Extremely rude!!!

[EN] I have used this site many times since 2023 but I do not plan to use it anymore, why? When it comes to taking money from us, they take it instantly, but when it comes to depositing our money, they sometimes deposit it in 2 days and sometimes in 2 weeks. In my last transaction, I got my in-game money back and I am leaving the site never to visit again.

2months ago they closed all the prepaid cards and didn't refund the cards balance
I tried to ask and get information and they closed live chat on my account and when asked on discord the said if you keep asking we will ban you here too
What they say is that the balance that was shown in the website was incorrect and they need the bank to give them proper information which they claim they didn't give despite the card info on the website being correct
Also i have some leftover money in my balance which they are not refunding saying withdrawal is only for sellers

Bought a virtual card ($5), everything fine. Topped it up with a larger fee, only AFTER I paid they asked for verification (id, phone and selfie). I went ahead with it but for some reason my verification failed and they locked me out of their website, not able to access anything I paid for.

Edit: Funny how you guys have time to reply to this but ignore my refund request. And I DID go ahead with the verification. ID: passed, phone: passed, selfie: blocked from accessing anything on the website. Can't even see my order history. Joke of a site.

VCC's worked for a few days until it got taken down; which is okay, but not refunding my wallet balance is a bit messed up.

I got 29.5$ in my gamesupplement wallet (so not even deposited into the card) and they won't let me refund it.. that sorta money isn't too loose to let go over some outage that i have nothing to do over

They took my Money for a PrePaid Card. They have problems since a very long time, that the Cards dont work anymore. I think it started October 2024 that the cards stopped working. Never got a refund for my money.

Now they banned my account from their Discord without reason and I never saw my 100€ again. They are literally scammers. Dont buy PrePaid Cards or anything else from them!

On the Website my Wallet dissapeared too.

i would be very very carful dealing with them .

their support is actually one of the worst .

instead of fixing issues , they simply ban! you for the chat .
without anyone to talk to .

they pretended to sale a card, which you get however IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to use them .

when purchasing the card you are required to put a phone number to receive OTPs , guess what , this does not work .

i tried 2 different companies , 2 different countries .
no otp is received .

instead of solving that , by perhaps sending the OTP via telegram , or email ,
they simply blame you, and the phone provider for "filtering" and not delivering the sms .

which is a complete bullshit , and a lie .

almost no company in the world filter sms , but the fact is , i receive SMS from phising campain , spam , etc..
so yea i am sure this is not on the phone operator side .

even more when i gave 2 phone numbers that belog to different countries and 2 different companies , there is 0 chance.

when reporting this issue at telling them that , they totaly gaslight , blaming the operator instead of solving the problem .
and when typing to the chat , they will just ban you .

i guess they know ahead of time that would'nt work and try to sale you a virtual sim of their own for money .

Got 2 weeks ban after purchase of WoW gold. Strongly not recommend this seller!

They scammed me. After receiving the gold, they deposited the amount of the deposit to the wrong volt, and even though they realized the mistake themselves, after following up with me. No one is answerable to me
The online support of the site, Discord, and even the management at Discord all told me that the issue should be followed up by email and we can't answer you.
And then for 10 days, I didn't even get an email reply, and I didn't get any deposits.

And I was even told that we were allowed up to 40 days late to respond to each email.

This is more than a scam. This is an insult to the intelligence of the user who was robbed]

Was using prepaid gift card thing — all good until it wasn’t. After some time, poof — card balance and card disappeared from profile.

I contacted support via live chat and discord, they hit me with the same copy-paste every time:
“Hello, yes, old cards not reachable now. Our owner is trying to fix it with the bank, but the bank says they can’t find it either. Still working on it, maybe someday.”
When asked for an update on the situation, the CS just banned me from their discord, amazing!

So basically, they just shrug and say it’s not their fault. But also not the bank’s fault. So no one’s at fault, but also no refund. Amazing. Just a perfect loop of nothingness.

I had some trouble signing in, but they helped me and they fixed the problem their Costumer service is number 1 wallah, thanks To Selim he was so chill and helpful 🙏❤️

Don't trust this site because the admins will go haywire and take the money you deposited!

Turkish prepaid cards got frozen at the end of 2024, all money lost.

Now I’ve started again and it won’t let me load money.
