I started using this app with the understanding that users would be paid while leveling up. Unfortunately, that has not been the case, and it feels like the app has not honored what was advertised.

I’ve been asking for support in resolving this issue—either by ensuring that we receive the payments that were promised or by directing me to the appropriate place to file a formal complaint.

No support. No promises. Do not download. My lesson is should’ve checked this website before I ever played.

I have be waiting on pay out for 1/14/2026,1/22/2026 and 1/25/2026 and have not got anything. Playing on this site is for the birds cause they don't pay like they say.

The payouts dont happen and it's infuriating so I will just delete the app!

Absolutely a total scam.. they are a data broker selling all your info to whoever pays... Don't download anything from this company completely ruin your email with spam emails.. company needs to be shut down and management needs to go to jail. FRAUDS

What's the point in this test pilot review if every review says the same but no one does anything???? I've tried everything. The contact button on this app doesn't even work. Why won't playstore monitor the apps on there. They don't care if we waste our time. Or the contact info is bogus. No one gives a shit about us.. You know the ones making them money while been scammed left right and centre. Where is customer protection. I'm sure playstore should be policed and information given for contact should also be checked monthly!! MONEYCASH was great now just a waste of time. Trust pilot.... Help us!!!! Let the developer that isn't there know about your review which is all just pointless

When I first started playing it was great!! Payouts in minutes. Now it’s just stopped paying me and I have loads of processing payments. Including one large one. I also did two of the cash back challenges to earn money and they never paid me out!! Been waiting since March and it’s now coming to the end of May. So frustrating when you’ve played all these stupid games for nothing.

What went wrong????? Let's see I have been waiting 11 days for this payout to process. It's only $5 I don't understand and I've emailed y'all everyday for 11 days and still nothing that's okay I'm going to keep emailing or is this company even real cuz there is like no customer service whatsoever I mean I can't even believe y'all don't reply to y'all reviews

#review #scam #donotdownload. Was doing daily challenge, about to win big cash prize, guess what? Completed the challenge, the challenge disappeared from app and did not get cash. No response from company; no surprise. If i could give zero stars i would.

I've earned 3 x £50 Amazon vouchers but now I'm not getting rewarded properly. I've messaged apps @ gametester. io but no reply. My 1st email was sent on May 23rd. I'm very disappointed & think I'll take the matter further, it's just rude!!

I'm waiting g on 17 different cash outs since may. It was working great then just stopped. I have paypal waiting I tried mastercards to different emails. I tried Amazon to different emails and nothing came thru. I emailed 25 times spoke with google.and nothing. Also no other way to contact support except the BS email

I've seen multiple accounts talking about tasks that just disappear when they're supposed to be working toward a $500 goal and I wish I would've seen those before what happened to me.

There are a couple of apps that are just like this and I've been rewarded for the exact same type of tasks so I figured I'd complete them for this one. They had a promotion for a new app I downloaded to spend $5 in the app Spookyville and I'd get $8 in return. Since this had worked in those other apps, I figured I'd go for it. I completed the task and it completely disappeared in the app, btw, it shows up as "MoneyCash" for the little icon, anyway, the task disappeared and I did not receive my coins for $8. Obviously, I wouldn't have spent any money at all if I didn't think I'd get the money back. I know it's not that much money but the fact that I spent any at all and they scammed me makes me infuriated. I'm going to do whatever I can to get this app taken off of google play but I don't even know if that will work.

There Was A Update A Month Or So Back, And Now There Is No Way For Me To Turny Points Into Cash, Absolutely Nothing That Even Resembles A Cashin; It Only Encourages You To Download New Games And Play Them, Or Encourage Your Friends To Join Them!

I've been playing this app for months and I've never had an issue with payouts until today when all the games I was playing paid out $500 if you played for a certain amount of minutes daily for 120 days. I was almost at 100 days, open the app, and ALL the games now switched to just get coins, the $500 payout just disappeared! I'm so pissed right now, I upped my data on my cell plan to do this!! This is such bull and no one EVER gets back to the emails sent.

Are there any attorneys out there that would be interested in submitting a class action lawsuit??? This is a clear contract violation! We are all playing the games and completing goals for a payout. Then, NO PAYOUT!!! Just processing. No response to emails. Something really needs to be done about these apps!!!

Unfortunately you can't give zero stars, it's a con, they change the goal when you get close (£210 ends up being £15). They don't reply to emails, app doesn't register game play time or levels correctly, awards not given on 75% of games, drains battery and processor, my advice is avoid.

I've been waiting for a £50 PayPal pay out since 18th March. I've emailed numerous times, no replies. The Amazon vouchers come through almost instantly, but the PayPal (which takes almost double the coins that the Amazon does - £50 on PayPal is the equivalent of £100 Amazon vouchers) hasnt made any progress since the above date (it's now April 15th). Is there an actual email these guys reply to?!

Was receiving small payouts, HOWEVER not weekly, bi-month or monthly.. when question told game is affiliated with any company blah blah blah.. NOW waiting for 3 payouts.. says "processing" WTH?!! I waisted All the time for nothing! If Google supports these games, someone responsible! .. I see my pants are still processing however you can still send me game challenges and ch,yt ridiculous
