Very poor. Coins track but I have been waiting over 4 months for a £250 pay out. Customer service completely unresponsive - have emailed both Suprene King and Spotlight Pro direct and neither reply. Very disappointing and most of the awards were Cashback related so very unhappy that this has actually cost me money. :(

No stars... won't reply to emails.. won't send me what's earned .. no customer service at all and sent all messages and screen shots from winnings etc to ombudsman

This company should honor the offers made for partipating. Otherwise it should acknowledge that they can not or will not and be accountable for misleading consumers. This company is one of the reasons that regulations to protect consumers will become an top issue and slow down to company being able to gain privilege to offer rewards for game play.

Bait and switch. Company payed out at first but now everything is processing. Customer support is just a smoke screen to comply with Google Play store. I am reporting them to Canadian anti fraud site. Not holding much hope that I will get my missing rewards. Also flagged them in Play store.

Yet another scam. Their app said my incentive would be delivered within 24 hours and it's now been over a week. Seeing so many negative reviews just makes it clear it is indeed a scam. Wish I didn't bother now.

Scummy app that doesn't pay out after a few small payouts, ripped me off for over £100 and there's no support to contact. Absolute scam

Trash app obviously putting fake reviews on the play store. They don't pay after you make a certain amount. After you get to that amount all your future cashouts will say processing and never process and they also have no customer service. The whole app is ran by A.I.

This app was great in the beginning and paid out smaller rewards but then I was supposed to get $500 and it never happened. I spent 4 months logging in to the game and completing the challenge for no reason!

This app is a con. They do pay out small amounts. However, they are offering £500 for 120 days play and this is a lie. I have completed three of these goals on different games and not one paid.

On top of this they change the offers half way through the challenge. They used to offer £ when you get to certain levels on games. Now they offer a few points (which convert to a few pence in money).

I honestly believe that this app is a scam and I can't understand why it is still running.

If you have been scammed like me contact the games directly (like King for candy crush etc). It probably won't work, but I don't think they should pay these scammers.

Works mostly okay, some tasks don't track but can't tell if that is the third-party's fault or The Spotlight's. Payout to Paypal doesn't work, but payout to Amazon gift cards does.

Wasted a lot of time for my payouts still in processing and ignoring my emails for past week

This company is a scam. They have now shut down their original website, and have the fake PLAYTIME app as their landing page.

I am owed earnings of around £160 in PayPal, Google and Amazon gift cards, and I spent a considerable amount of money to reach goals for coins.

My bank won't retrieve my money, and Google Play seem completely unbothered by the whole thing.

I have reported Spotlight to Action Fraud, with whom I am cooperating with in their investigation.

Do NOT download the PLAYTIME app. They promise rewards for playing games and then do not fulfil that promise.

I earned enough for a $50 Amazon GC. I put in the order on Jan 4. A month later, I still have not received it. All contacts to support go unanswered. I think there is some max threshold that they are willing to pay because I cashed out a $1 Amazon gift card a few days and that paid out within an hour, but I'm still waiting on the $50.

Spotlight do not payout! I been owed 20$ to PayPal since 12/31 and 5.50 1/27 . They don't respond just gives a generic response. No real person to even shed some light on the situation. Google needs to remove fake apps that use consumer to view their ads and don't pay.

Like everyone else on this page I to am owed $55 in Google Credits and $27 in Amazon credits. It has been 2weeks and they keep sending generic responses through email stating it can take a few days but generally you get your payout requested cards in an hour. I think it is time for Google to step in because even though PLAYTIME is a third party, it's Google's PLAYSTORE they are using to scam consumers. I have contacted GOOGLE and the first thing they tell you is that Google is not responsible, go the PLAYTIME customer service which we all know seems to be some form of a DUMMY CORPORATION. Makes you wonder who are the big gaming companies behind this PLAYTIME APP!! Google is quick to throw the rock and hide it's hand but we can all still see the remnants of dirt left on their hands from holding the filthy rock. It's time for GOOGLE to wash it's hands, stop being dishonest and come clean because there is no way a big company like Google didn't research the background of this PLAYTIME APP before taking their business!! That's the reason Google is so quick to say they use our PLAYSTORE but we have nothing else to do with it. Really GOOGLE? YOU GET THEIR DIRTY MONEY RIGHT? So how could you not know? Make it make sense!! Hypothetically speaking, it's like a salesman selling poison to a murderer knowing he was going to use it to take lives and because the salesman didn't actually put the poison in anyone's mouth, his hands are clean! REALLY!! SMH!!

Maybe it's time to start filing civil lawsuits and petitions against this PLAYTIME APP company and give them as much headache as they have given us the consumers. NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW!! So I think we should start this ASAP!! Lets get PLAYTIME and their FAKE CUSTOM SERVICE

Avoid like the plague .No support or contact information and all requests for help in app are intentionally ignored. Playtime by The Spotlight Pro is a money grab scam app .The first few weeks they payout small amounts in Google Play cards but if you complete any of the offers over $25 to $50 you will never see your gift cards because they simply don't process your redeemed points. This is how they profit .

They have owed me $190 in Google Play cards and Amazon cards since November 2023. Iwill never receive those cards and I have no way to even report the issue to because Playtime doesn't make any customer service information public. This is 100% a scam.

ABSOLUTELY SCAM COMPANY...THE WORST OF THEM ALL..GOOGLE NEEDS PROSECUTE THIEVES LIKE THIS COMPANY..

I spent a good few days playing and obviously WATCHING Ads that make you your money and you can't pay me my £40. If you play cashout in £ 5 /£10,because they can't or WON'T pay out
