First time order..company was unknown to me so I'm never sure what to expect. Order was confirmened, it is a Christmas gift and arrived
timely in perfect condition. Can't ask for anything more..

Great Customer Experience

I ordered exactly one month ago. All 9 items that I ordered were ready to ship according to the shop.
Only 3 items of the 9 that I ordered were shipped.
I paid $800+ and received items that are valued $210. My emails to the Game Time support are being ignored. I don't know if anybody from Game Time Watch will help me... Overall pretty bad experience though (plus may lose ~$600)? Inacceptable.

Gametime Watch sells sub-par watches that do not even last a year. My watch's velcro strap fell apart after several months. The company would not respond so I paid for a replacement myself. Then the glass watch face detached a few months later. The company refuses to respond. The watch was 8 months old. Supposedly a 1 year warranty but they do not honor it or respond to inquiries. So whatever you buy here, don't expect it to last a year and don't expect them to honor any warranty for it and don't expect any "customer service." Would not recommend spending your money on this junk.

It was supposed to be shipped on the 8/1/24 it’s now 9/6/24

Expected 8/1 but yet received. Minimal communication from seller. Got survey to rate the experience but did not receive the product, no eta provided.

My problems were settled quickly!! Awesome watches. Sarah was Great help!! Thanks for everything.

Terrific customer service communication! The watch was better than I could have imagined!

Watch is excellent quality. It's a black metal band with a clasp so if you have smaller wrists you may have to take it to a jeweler to remove a link on the band.

The hour and minute hand are hard to read.

The colored lights on the clock did not work

Recieved product on time, had no issues

I ordered a watch and it never shipped or arrive so after over 2 weeks I had to ask where my package is and only at that time was I told it was out of stock.

I asked for a refund and was told it was already processed when I asked to just cancel my order. After another 2 weeks I still did not have the refund so I asked again and was told it was already processed which it hadn't.

I advised I do not see a refund so she said I'll review it but it was already processed. All of a sudden I got an email from gametime saying I was issues a refund.

Imagine if I had not inquired about my refund? Wold I have gotten it, my answer is no based on the time and facts.

I would not trust this company again for products or refunds which is why I bought the same watch from another place for a cheaper price.

I purchased a watched in August 2023 as a gift. It arrived with a dead battery so I put a new one in and it only worked for a couple of weeks. It’s not the battery it’s the watch. I’ve contacted customer service and no one has contacted me.
