Ordered a watch on September 17th and still hav not received it yet. Not a very good way to di business. Sarah has been helpful but I want the watch I paid over 85 $ for!!

The order was very late coming. There was no communication after contacting them about being late. The item finally came.

Ordered watch for birthday gift almost a month and a half ago. Still no watch, received an email stating production had stopped but was supposedly starting up this past week. Hopefully my grandson will have his watch by Christmas!

Slow to ship product. I sent email requests for an update on the order which were never returned. I did eventually did get my product but the customer service was nonexistent.

I received a Kansas City Chiefs watch as a present and as I was registering it I browsed through other categories and was pleased to see a selection of Bruce Lee watches. As a lifelong collector I immediately purchased one. When it arrived I was impressed with the quality and craftsmanship even down to the matching yellow stitching. Well worth the price. Now I have two watches from Gametime.

I received my product in a timely manner and it was exactly what he wanted.

Product was great, good quality. It took a little longer to receive, but that was ok. I'm still having trouble with getting the warranty and watch registered. The link from the website took me to the email contact page... I requested help through email but they sent me a link that took me to the same page. So as f now i still haven't been able to register the watch.

Ordered a watch & never received a tracking number. A week or so later I followed up with an email & no response. I call and speak with the owners son and he states they don’t have the watch I ordered in stock & it would not arrive before Christmas. I asked for a refund & he asked me ‘are you sure’? Yes, I am. He said you can print out a photo of the watch & give it to the recipient & say it’s on its way. WTH!!!!!
I told him I wanted a refund. I then emailed my request for refund again, and submitted an online correspondence through their customer service portal. NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL throughout my entire transaction. Then the watch arrives in January. PLUS the watch was subpar! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!
What a WASTE!

Communication was awesome to help me find the perfect watch. Shipping and packaging was perfect. Definitely will shop here again!!

Customer service was lacking. Reached out via email, phone, and online form regarding my order, and never received one response.
