Gamevalour scams customers

I would not give even one star to this company. In January 2024 I purchased a Nano Coat Scratch Master Spray for 19.99 USD which I received in due course. The product was worthless.
As Gamevalour had my credit card details, thereafter it deducted each month for 8 months the amount of 39.47 USD from February 2024 to August 2024. Thereafter the deduction was increased to 44.47 from September 2024 till April 2025. The total deducted from my card over this time was 666.52 USD. During this period I did not purchase or receive any products from Gamevalour website. I have now contacted Gamevalour and they told me I had agreed when purchasing the above product to a trial subscription for discounts on their products and seeing I had not cancelled the trial I was billed thereafter for a monthly subscription. I did not sign up for the supposed trial and I received no notifications about any ongoing subscription. In all this time I only received from Gamevalour a confirmation of the original purchase order in January 2024 with no mention of any subscription, trial or otherwise. This is clearly a scam and trickery with lies in addition saying that I had signed up for a subscription when I had not. Why would anyone pay 45 USD a month to get discounts on things they did not even purchase.
An error I committed was to originally purchase off a Facebook site. I will never again buy anything advertised on Facebook and I think no-one should as it gives opportunities to scammers like Gamevalour to trick Facebook users.

This is a scam

This is a scam. My elderly mother lost near $1000 to these guys with a membership that was hidden to her. She brought a bra and did not read the terms and conditions. Who reads terms and conditions when buying underwear.

I got scammed over $300 from game valour for buying a DVD which never arrived and I received a refund for... the ultimate scammers!

I ordered a DVD from game valour it never arrived. I queried this. They gave me a refund. This was in January Great! The following month February and every month til now just realised as received 6 monthly bank statement, game valour have been charging $60+ to my credit card. That's 300$. Have called bank who have now entered into a dispute with game valour. Had to cancel my card. It will take 6 to 8 weeks to resolve. Good on you Game Valour for being the ultimate trade scammers. I had to give a star rating to leave this review.

BEWARE SCAM!

BEWARE SCAM!! I haven't made any kind of online purchase in a very long time and have never been to gamevalour website until today after an unauthorised transaction was found on my account. Luckily it hadn't processed through and contacted bank and authorities to investigate. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS!
Also I had to give a star to be able to review. 0 stars from me.

Stay away from Gamevalour

Stay away from Gamevalour
One star is One too many. Minus 10 is more like it.
I did not make a purchase from Gamevalour but from Margarola to discover on the same day money was taken from my account and continued for 5 further unauthorized withdrawals. It is supposedly a subscription for no service or goods received, but a scam.
There is no provision to "unsubscribe" and the only communication is by "live chat" which is not recorded. I was invited to resolve my dispute through another live chat with inhouse lawyers for a further subscription. Not likely. I cancelled my card and will
only buy local and stay safe.
We warned.

They are a gaming subscription company relying on people not checking their withdrawals from their bank account.
They clickbait you then hide a subscription in your payment page
They are unscrupulous and need to be stopped.
Byer beware Never buy from these thieves

AVOID THIS COMPANY

I too made a one off purchase for £9.99 last week and have now been charged a further £49.99 for a monthly Subscription to Game Valour which they say I signed up to (I didn’t). I contacted my bank and this Company is known to them. They are now blocked and when the payment comes off pending they will recover my money. If the goods don’t arrive within 30 days they will recover that too!

Don't buy anything - hidden subscription fees

Made a one-off purchase from this company and didn't think anything was amiss until I realised they had been charging my credit card $19.99 US monthly for a subscription I knew nothing about, and which was not mentioned in their order confirmation email either.

I used the chat function to request a refund of these charges and was denied as they claimed I agreed to subscribe, which is complete rubbish.

I really wish I had seen the reviews about this company before buying anything from them - AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Unauthorised Payment - Scam

When I purchased an Air Fryer Silicone Tray from gamevalour.com, they gave me a trial (free) online membership without my knowledge. When the trial period expired, they billed my credit card USD$ 39.47. They refuse to refund this amount.

gamevalour - scammers - the outcome

Among all the other similar reports - you buy something on Facebook; these thieves, gamevalour have your bank account details and sign you up for a fake ‘subscription’, then refuse to refund your money when you notice. There was one person who said that she persisted, sent them an email every day, and threatened them with police intervention, so I did the same. After a LOT of dialogue back and forth, with these scammers attempting to wriggle out of it six ways to Sunday, they eventually refunded me three amounts of USD 39.47. I think they just wanted to get rid of me! So you just have to fight. These people have other domain names, and originate out of Nicosia, Greece, so beware! Personally, I will never buy anything from Facebook again. Good luck! 🙋🏽‍♀️
