All of this is ridiculous

All of this is ridiculous.
I bought a 30 days Claude and :
1. Where I bought for answer me back in 8 h , so no code to log in , no email , I have to begging to try to have a “ meeting “ for all of this
2. I paid and in 9 days I had ONE log in
3. In the ONLY log in I had , one person delete ALL my work and I get kick off , so I have to restart ALL again , contact the guy to log in etc etc …
4. Support from GamsGo is ZERO !!!! Double zero . Once answer me back after 9 h and another time answer me back after 30 min
5. I do not receive any message , email , ring IF the support answer you back , so , be ready to watch your laptop forever and pray somebody answer you .

Unauthorized refund

Unauthorized refund, only 23% returned, forced into store credits

I filed a SERVICE COMPLAINT (not a refund request) because my Spotify Premium stopped working. GamsGo unilaterally cancelled my subscription and issued a refund WITHOUT my consent.

The numbers speak for themselves:
• Paid: USD 37.77 for 12 months (Jan 11, 2026)
• Used: ~2.7 months (until Apr 1, 2026)
• Fair refund for remaining 9.3 months: ~USD 29.38
• Actual refund given: USD 8.84 — only 23% of what's owed
• Shortfall: ~USD 20.54 kept by GamsGo

On top of that, the refund was silently converted into GamsGo Credits — not returned to my original payment method — without asking me.

I never agreed to receive credits. I never asked for a refund. I asked for my paid service to be FIXED.

Order ID: 5835176815002167

Currently pursuing a chargeback with my card issuer. Buyer beware — if your service breaks, GamsGo may cancel it, keep most of your money, and lock the rest inside their platform.

Recharge is a scam

When they started doing bussiness they were good and everything was ok. But now with most companies knowing what's happening it ends up being a waste of money. Their recharge service which they offer for some subs such as Youtube premium, Spotify premium etc. is a total scam. It works like this, you pay them a sum for a full year so they will "recharge" the subrscription you're buying with your existing account of that said subscription for a year's long service. They do it by accesing your account that you provide, change the user's country to a country that service is being sold cheaper (Pakistan, Turkey, India, etc.) and they buy the sub in that currency and when it's done you can change the password of your acocunt again and enjoy the sub. The thing is that the companies perform region checks every now and then, and suddenly after only 2 months use they cancel your premium access because they see you're not using the service in the country it was bought from and you end up losing the remaining 10 months that you paid for. When you contact Gamsgo support all they give you is an apology, while their Recharge service policy states that they do not offer any refunds in case you lose premium access from a service that you bought. It happened to me with two subscriptions (YT & Spotify). So beware when you're buying a sub from Gamsgo and specially stay away from their Recharge service. It may look like you're saving some at first but in the end you're just wasting them.

THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE

Ever since I signed up for Adobe's service, I've had problems! They keep canceling my profiles, and the latest is that I only have 12 days before my next billing cycle.
