We Shipped the item through SF Express as we are using it from long time, It was unfortunately first time bad experience with their service. We shipped parcel on the next day when order was placed but Parcel is stuck in the Origin country. Here is the tracking number link:

I hope you are doing well.
Apologies for the delay in shipping. We already handover the parcel to USPS in Bangkok, Thailand about a week ago. There parcel update procedure is completely different. They take parcel in Bangkok and create a label for it. Then they ship the parcel from Thailand to US and as it reaches their facility center they will update the tracking number status.
Please keep in mind it’s out of our control to push USPS to deliver it faster
I request you to kindly wait for the parcel updates as it is expected to be this weekend.
We have multiple shipping services and I will be careful to not use USPS again.
Parcel will deliver for sure but it may take some time.
