Great Customer Service!

Great Customer Service!! There was an issue with my original order, but the communication and work put into making my experience right is rare compared to my other experiences purchasing rough online. Thank you again for the outstanding care and attention!!

I think I am an experienced Minerals' collector

I think I am an experienced Minerals' collector but I cannot comment on the gems and other items of the Grandhara site. For more than 40 years, I have bought ‘face-to-face’ samples in showrooms or mineral shops or from other collectors. Nothing can replace evaluating a sample unless you have it in your hands. Enthusiasts know what I'm talking about with the almost sensual relationship we have at this time. The value of a piece (always unique) in relation to its mineralogical and / or aesthetic values is what we want to give it; with the exception of abundant minerals for which it is easy to establish an average market price on Internet. I bought online from well-known sellers by negotiating but I don't buy with the photo and price in online stores. I greatly appreciated that each sample has its video uploadable on YouTube and one can share. I recommend that Grandhara put the size and mass of the sample directly under the photo in the main directory (or classify them as miniature, cabinet, etc.), and also to put the provenance (city, country) even though it is mostly minerals from Pakistan / Afghanistan (or classify them by locality). Remove that annoying window '10% Off Discount on Your Next Purchase' that keeps popping up. It is also good to make a cumulative discount on the volume of purchases made to you, or to set up a subscription system to retain your customers and establish a relationship of trust. Is it because REEs minerals are also very rare on Zagi Mountain and in the FATA Region that they are so expensive? Otherwise, I find the site well done and functional. Minerals and gems, those are also men and women who exploit them, localities where one finds them, one cleans, cuts and sells them. It would be nice to see a different ‘facet ’of Pakistan and Afghanistan on your website.

This is a top-notch company

This is a top-notch company. I receive the most personal attention. Not only do they have the highest quality minerals they deliver a customer service timely and thoughtful manner. This is a well-established company that I plan on doing business with far into the future.

I'm only interested in mineral…

I'm only interested in mineral specimens so I can't attest to the gemstones offered on this site. However, I can comment on the minerals, and they are great! There is a wide selection of mineral types, the quality is great and the photos and information are as good as you'll see. Plus, the prices are fair and I've always had prompt responses from the vendor. For these reasons, I've given a top review.

Ordered a gorgeous peridot stone assisted by great customer service. Even my jeweler in NYC was impressed with the stone.

Now set into a gold ring. Compliments galore. Thanks for an awesome product and prompt expert advice!
