wrost service, they have stole the good as well as increased the price, ones reached to mumbai by telling , custom clearance is not happening so we have to pay half half , and they will ask nonsense stuff to show proof of stolen . please dont trust this guys.

Biggest fraudster shipping company with zero customer service and adherence to promise. I would like to mention 2 individuals namely Mushir Rangoonwala and Vineet Ranjan who hopeless guys. During initial phase, they will provide all assurance on timely delivery and commitment. As soon as you release first installment, the trouble will begin. I booked my consignment in May 2019 and got partial delivery in October 2019 which 5 month where the commitment was for 8 weeks max. I had to follow up endlessly to get my delivery and it was painful experience dealing with these unprofessional people. In addition, one of my valuable box was missed and these guys never bothered to ask the details. Again after beating them to death by asking through emails and calling, they gave a mute reply asking to file a claim without much info. Now I'm chasing them to get the claim process. Advise to all: Do not fall in the trap of what they claim as the trusted and quality cargo company...as they are not. One of my friend happened to use the same and suffered similary. They even do not have proper documentation on payment tracking system and I was asked to pay twice for the same payment. I had to literlly show them the transaction snapshot to make them agree that I have made the payments.

This is a okay okay company, Recently in June 2019 moved from US (Minneapolis) to Bangalore (India), they charged upfront entire payment, which I believe is expected. I opted for wooden crating for my TV's and quoted rate include the wooden crating charges. Door to Door delivery timelines was mentioned 6-8 weeks however it took more than 13 weeks. My shipment landed to Mumbai port on July 26 as promised by them and nightmare and drama begins from there. At Mumbai they asked to follow with LAC company and they were very slow, I called them 3-4 times/day to get update finally after custom clearance they demanded Rs 5000 exta from WOODEN CRATING which was already paid in US. I wrote to Gandhi Shipping, Neither Vineet nor Mushir responded to my emails initially and my shipment did not left Mumbai for weeks until I paid another Rs 5000 for wooden crating. Once it reached Bangalore, vendor asked another rs 3000 to deliver at my home. To be clear I had 18*18*24 size boxes and TV cartoon and all came through service lift (video footage available) I refused to pay Rs 3000 and contact LAC and after 3-4 hrs they agreed to send the shipment to my house. Later after 2 weeks Gandhi responded back and Mr Mushir mentioned that they are willing to pay back Rs 5000 and made promises multiple times but till date they never refunded the amount. These company do false promises and cheat customers and they DO NOT OFFER the services for which they accept money. (All email conversation available) I advice people to be careful with Gandhi Shipping, after they get 100% payment they will not care anything. They are Thugs and cheap people and very unprofessional. Imagine my shipment they did not sent from Mumbai for just Rs 5000 (wooden crating charges) which was paid fully in US, so never understood why these fraud, unethical and un professional company charges customers multiple times for the same services. Please be careful before having any deal with Gandhi.

This company has absolutely no sense of responsibility or decency. I arranged for a 3-part shipment to be picked up from my house. 2 out of 3 boxes reached them, I don't know how but one of the boxes got lost. They said they were in touch with UPS about a lost package investigation and promised to follow up regularly with me and UPS. However, it has been more than a week since I have heard from them, and I have sent 3 emails asking for an update I was promised on Sept 3. Not one reply. Finally I had to contact UPS myself. Today, UPS told me the package is officially lost. It was Gandhi Shipping's duty to inform me about this, but only dead silence. They know I have left the country now and can't call them easily. Even when I was still in the US they were rejecting my calls.. was very difficult to get through to a person. Now they have completely washed their hands off me. Who knows if they will even send me the other 2 packages or will they steal both my money and belongings. I think they are cheats at worst and irreponsible at best. Go with any other company.

Stay away from this people, very bad company to do business with, they will rip you out on any little thing they possible can, we did move couple shipment for them, it's been 2 years, and they don't pay for the service we did, they did pay some, after our attorney send them a letter, however not all, that we agreed on, not responding to emails, block our phone calls, vary bad people, i wish someone would tell me this before.

Please Don't Ship! Please don't Ship through Gandhi shipping, they will sell you first and take your items for shipping. That is fine. But the unprofessional packing will damage your goods. I have recently sifted few household items in Sept 2018 through these Gandhi shipping including a Sony 4K 65 Inch LED TV which came to me in pieces (the screen was broken and it was brand new TV from best buy the cost was $1399 + taxes + special Gandhi shipping fee of $225 for TV only) Plus I paid customs duty in India 30K INR and the final delivery guy from Mumbai dropped it off broken. I don't know who did this and how it happened, but as for me, I am only sharing my experience, it looks like they dropped my TV from a certain point heavily. I would suggest to buy it from India which might cost you a little bit more money but gives you peace of mind at least with better service and warranty. Or else you can bring it along with you on the flight by paying little more money. My TV panel in India is costing me over 1 lakh + GST. I haven't gone for it yet. So it's simply a waste of money. Not happy with the service provided by Gandhi shipping and they don't respond after the delivery is done. BAD SERVICE!

I think all the reviews are made up. They seems professional on the website but are not. Their 15 minutes of call back turns into days and then eventually months. I was charged for double the amount of volume. After the pick up they vanished and came up with a made up quote without explanation whatsoever. I don't know how they did this but they charged my credit card without me knowing the amount. I have not yet received my shipment but I am not happy with these guys so far. Lack of communication kills. I wouldn't be surprised if there are problems when the shipment lands in India and their clearing agent gives his part of the trouble.

I am surprised to see the high rating of this company; I would be very suspicious of those glowing reviews from my experience. I am in the midst of a horrible experience with Gandhi International. They misled me into handing over my boxes to them and I fighting to get back. If you have to do business with them, I recommend making a contract first. Once they have your stuff in their hands, Gandhi International will not respond to any query that they deem uncomfortable.
I will be glad to share with anyone the email exchanges I had with Gandhi International that show how they misled me into terrible inconvenience. I will be glad to share the email chain.

They are very professional and shipment was delivered on time within the time frame given to us.

I was recommended by a friend who used the service and loved it. I decided to give it a go and very glad I did , the service was excellent one of the best I have used so far.

The shipment was delayed by almost three months from the scheduled delivery date because Gandhi International did not provide the proper documentations required by the customs. After many phone calls and emails and three months delay, he still did not provide the correct and proper documentations resulting in additional cost and a lot of headache.

After dealing wit Mushir who really helped me and provides high attention I would recommend my all friends and all people who is looking for trust international shipping they were on time and gave me the lowest rate they can comparing to other shipping companies.

I sent 8 boxes through Gandhi Shippers from Edison, NJ to Ship it at Ahmedabad India.I was sent in August and received in November. When I first talk everything was smooth and when I received my shipment at India, I lost two boxes. No one from Gandhi Shippers informed me about my boxes, but it was surprised when I received only 6 boxes at my home!!
When I emailed them back they start searching missing boxes though they knew one box was misplaces in USA itself... and later one box misplaces and lost at Mumbai Port!!! The staff react that they did not know anything about my missing boxes.. it has been more than three months now and no know knows where the two boxes are...
How do I trust them...

We knew Gandhi Shipping by googling. No reference from friends or relatives. The price was competitive, we chosed Gandhi Shipping because they were the cheapest to ship 20' container from Chicago to Indonesia. It took around 8-9 weeks, and just 3 days delay from the schedule that were provided which not a big deal compare to the distance and total delivery time. Overall we are so happy with the service provided by Mushir and Azim. They are cooperative and fast in responding email, excellent!
