Totally negligent in their order sent wrong size of I ordered and with a delay in the delivery when I call to make a exchange this store does not accept exchange or refund by their own mistake.I order kids size and they sent me adult size. No goof business recommended to anyone

I recently applied for the remote part time Web Content Assistant. After uploading the resume and cover are the obligatory WOTC or Veteran's and race questions. At the very end was the Yes or No question: “Are you 40 years or older”. Such a phrase can be illegal and determinable as discrimination.

For a 100% remote US worker with no Veteran disability, that would be similar to saying, “I don’t care to work with the anyone in the state of Texas because their boots are too tall.”

I withdrew my application on the grounds that discrimination is at play and clearly the focus of a remote team that supports each other ought not tolerate such a poor perspective of skills versus age.

I subsequently wrote to the info@gandy as well as the ADP Gandy recruiter email. I continued with, "Note the TWC Civil Rights Division would be highly interested in your application process if you hire within the sate of Texas, and I suggest a revamp if your company intends to remain credible in the job seeker arena."

I closed with, "Please also be aware that I represent a very reputable virtual job listing platform as one of my part time roles. Rest assured your company will be excluded from vetting approval from this point forward."

I reported them to Indeed as well as my virtual company for a heads up for the restricted list.
