Highly recommned Gap Personell, Claire helped me with registration, got me a job in less than a week and has kept up to date with the role since aswell as replying to any queries i have.

when I was looking for a job, helped me with registration, got me a job in less than a week, I would recommend Gap personnel for seeking employment, they put you first themselves second.

Can’t stand agencies, they’re a bunch of bottom feeders. Get rid of them and get employment direct from the Company. Why should they be earning off the backs of others? and treating people like they disposable

This had to be the worst agency I’ve seen in the last 8 years. They have taken all my details was told I would have a start date for the next day. No phone call to say the position as even gone. Diabolical organisation within the company as they can’t even remember if they have see your cv but advised I would have a start date. No communication with any one. You will have to chase for and progress with your application and even then they just lie. Avoid o think it’s scam

All the negative reviews are true. If you see any job in indeed please dont apply. They take your registration after that never call , but keep posting jobs. SCAM

Sunny, down to earth friendly , very good in organising the days or nights to sort your needs where he gives you options , until other agencies who demand that u work on a certain day

Unethical recruitment agency. Over staff for their clients, and turn employees away on the day after they have travelled incurred costs and turned up for the agreed shift. They also require their employees to provide their own PPE at their own cost. Any employer using this agency need to consider their ethics. I’d avoid them at all costs.

They are very unprofessional i applied for a job on indeed and got a call from them asking me if I can attend an induction for 2pm. I said yes an set off .The ride was over an hour long from York where i was at the time to hull but i wanted the job. When I got there the person at desk paid no attention to me so i asked about the induction and she acted clueless then i showed her the text and she told me to have a seat. She told me to fill out an online form then asked for my right to work details . Since my visa was in renewal i had to give her different details to acquire my right to work . She had no clue how to use it so she told me come back tomorrow with no care how far i came from or how bad the weather was and i was on motorcycle. i asked if she couldn't take my details so i dont have to come back because its a difficult journey but she didnt care she told me her coworker knows more an has to see me in person. When i got home that day i sent them an email about how upset i was to come from so far to be sent home and they Should know how to do these things as a recruiter company i also sent them a link to how to do the right to work checks. The next day i called to find out if they sorted everything and if i have to come back the woman asked me what was the job i applied for and when i told her i didnt even get to finish saying the company name the woman just said the position is full sounding like they was making that up and holding a grudge, this company is too unprofessional stay far from them.

In mid-December 2023, I applied for a job through a recruiting advertisement from Gap Personnel agency. I contacted Joyce Tsang, the Liverpool project manager and she registered me after a promise of immediate start work. Disappointedly, it turned out to be a fake recruitment. I followed her instructions and submitted my personal information (including my photo, passport copy, address letter, bank detail information, national insurance number letter and share code to prove my right to work) to complete the registration procedure. The next day she told me that the work would be delayed and start in January 2024. When I contacted her again in mid-January, she said the job was gone. It is unbelievable. I am extremely disappointed.

I suspect that she deceived me to obtain my personal information. In mid-January, I sent an email to Liverpool Gap Personnel company, Data Protection Officer and Joyce Tsang herself to complain about her suspicious behaviour in collecting my personal information without providing me the promised job.

I was very worried that my personal information would be illegally used. I also requested to remove my personal information from the Gap-Personnel company database.

The Liverpool Gap Personnel branch manager Samantha Norris said this is a standard procedure and will keep me on a standby list for any open vacancies. She completely ignored me. I said again I was very worried that my personal information would be illegally used.

I am still waiting for their reply. Luckily, I recorded all of this as evidence.

The agencies often lie to job seekers. I am very unlucky to have met these deceitful agencies.

To job seekers, please be very careful of these companies and think twice before applying for Gap Personnel agency company.
