Popped into GA pawnbrokers today and what a lovely refresh they’ve had. Beautiful fern geometric wallpaper , with matching chair colourway and mirror … looked and felt really luxurious. Always wonderful service with such knowledgeable & friendly staff.

I took my partners Seiko watch strap to be fixed and was helped by a very pleasant chap who quickly and efficiently fixed the strap and then said there was no charge! Really appreciated ... thank you!

Always go here for repairs as very reasonable and have brought some lovely jewellery too. Friendly, professional service. Would recommend

Excellent service. Had a ring rebuilt after it had to be cut into 3 pieces. Mended seamlessly!! Also Brenton cleaned our two wedding bands when when we were in the shop. Sparkling now, look like new (even though they are 47 years old!!!

I recently had my wedding ring resized by Maggie, and I am absolutely delighted with the result. As this ring is a family heirloom, I felt quite anxious about the process. However, when I saw the adjusted ring, I was genuinely astonished at how flawless the work was, with virtually no visible wear or damage. It fits my finger perfectly now, and the service was swift. I wholeheartedly recommend her for any ring resizing needs

I have been in out of this place for years for various bits and they have always been great and helpful with things I needed or wanted. Took my chain in there today as I broke it, just the cuff broke. And they fixed in 5 mins and did not charge me for it, made my day. Top customer service and friendly Highly recommend this place. 😊

I visited the Hove branch of GA to sell a ring and change a strap on a new Patek Philippe watch I’d recently bought.
The staff were brilliant
Got the usual good price for a gold ring and Michelle changed the strap. She also noticed the old strap had been put on the wrong way and so corrected this for the new one and didn’t charge me for the job. Fantastic, helpful and thoughtful.
A pleasure to deal with.

I wanted a top-name watch and went to a few shops in Brighton. GA were the most impressive. Tristan is highly knowledgeable and answered all my questions well. Also, very friendly, trustworthy and genuinely customer-focused - at the end I had decided which model I wanted but couldn't decide between two watches with different coloured bezels. He said "If I may say so, this one suits your look better". He was right and I bought it, but it he could have got more money for GA if he'd recommended the other - it was the more expensive of the two. 100% recommendation.

I was n holiday and this shop caught my eye, I went in and asked about a silver bracelet , a lovely lady helped me with my questions and on her help I made the purchase . What a joy of a little shop.

Walked in 10 mins b 4 close , was immediatly approached by Brenton Rogers the manager with a friendly manner , asked what he could do for me .
I asked him if he could repair my engagment ring that i had badly bent .
He said he could try but warned me it may break .
I had previously taken it to jewelworks for quote to repair , quote was £150 which i agreed too , however when i went to collect it i was told it hadnt been repaired as it was gonna cost more. ( 2nd quote went up to £600 ) .
So after hearing this i was expecting brian to say its gonna cost me a similar amount.
However Brian said if it breaks he would have to charge me to repair , but if it didnt break , he would straighten for free .
To my amazement he manage to straighten it with out it breaking & kept his word & didnt charge & it only took a few minuites to do .
He made me very happy that day as i was saddened that i couldnt afford to paye £600 for a repair & thought i woukd never be able to wear my ring again .
So thank you very much Brian your a star & i will deffo be back in future .
