Sadly, I found the customer service representative dismissive and rude on my last order when I had a problem. So much so that I looked around for another supplier, despite me using them for a long time, for lots of orders. I found when googling that several of the top ones, while looking to be different companies, all appeared to have the same or similar addresses and contacts. So that made it hard to know who to move to. However, I eventually found a local supplier that is a small family firm with excellent products and great customer service. So it’s all worked out in the end.

Over priced. They are not the cheapest in the UK. They put their prices up and then offer 30 per cent discount and are still not the cheapest!

Use this company regularly. Their products are good quality and reasonably priced. Delivery is fast and FOC depending on value of order. This time my order included squirrel baffles I actually purchased these to protect the food in my bird feeders from rain and they work beutifully. Recommend this company

Just wanted to share a review about my recent purchase from Gardenbird. Ordered large sack of sunflower seeds and bird feeder which promptly arrived delivered by DPD. However the delivery was in two separate packages, the one containing the bird food was damaged which was covered up by the driver placing the second package over the top when he left the items on my doorstep. I contacted Gardenbird explaining what had happened they were sympathetic asking me to send a picture of the damage which I did. They then asked me if any of the bird seed had been lost asking for a picture of the damaged sack which I provided. I then had to contact them again asking how they were going to recompense me, they then changed their attitude saying I had to take it up with DPD. Needless to say I was felt they were just delaying tactics, I emailed them back explaining this and since have remained silent. I will not be making any future purchases from them and a totally disillusioned with their so called customer service. Would advise any potential customers to think twice before dealing with them.

I have been using GardenBird for many years, no complaints. The quality of the suet products which I use is magnificent. I have been going through 64 fat balls a day during the nesting season! Never mind the amount of suet pellets, mealworm cakes, peanuts and calci-worms the birds go through. My only niggle is that recently my daughter decided to restart feeding her birds and wanted to buy from yourselves. You were doing the recommend a friend offer for a large amount of points. Having read the terms and conditions and noted the part about not taking liberties with addresses I recommended my daughter. She received her order which her birds have already gone through but neither of us received the offer points. She called you and spoke to a very nice young man who said he would speak to his manager as, understandably, you feel that we may have tried it on as my daughter's orders (for everything she buys) are sent to my address for the reason that she is at work all day and there are no neighbours who can take the order in. We have not heard anything more, probably won't, but do feel that each customer's situation should be taken into consideration with the offers.

sunflower heart seeds are the best and cheapest on the market. they will not be beaten for quality. Well, highly recommend.

Ordered top quality premium suet balls from Garden Bird on Friday and they were delivered two days later by DPD.
What a super-quick service by both. I used the special offer 10% discount and the order included free delivery. You also get points you can get money off with when you order again, and you often get money-off offers via email.
The birds, as usual, are devouring the suet and I'll be ordering more quicker than anticipated at the rate!
Would recommend Garden Bird to others as I've bought from them many times and they've never let me down, and the DPD delivery drivers are always on time and deliver the suet balls safely without damage.
