Fantastic customer service thank you
Despite a problem with the order, I would still rate garden essentials as excellent. When the customer service adviser realised my order was for Christmas presents and the wrong items had been sent, she immediately scheduled collection and redelivery for the next day 23rd December. Brilliant!

Item delivered to a neighbour box was so badly damaged items was damaged. I rang up and explained the condition of parcel and they were very apologetic and immediately sent a replacement which I received the following day . Excellent service will use them again and have recommended them to other people .
