We ordered a great BBQ the Norfolk…

We ordered a great BBQ the Norfolk Grill 500 which was delivered on time and is flatpack but came with great instructions. It takes 2 people to make it an easier build. The customer service was excellent with responses to our questions answered almost immediately via whatsapp. The cover for this BBQ was out of stock but we managed to find a suitable alternative and they ordered, delivered and covered the extra cost of this without question and for those reasons i would highly recommend them to anyone wanting great customer service a great prices. Thanks GFD especially Roy for all your help, it was very much appreciated :-)

Very bad experience.

One star because there isn't an option for zero. Gazebo ordered 1st Feb eventually delivered 5th May. Paid them to install it and wish I'd been able to do it myself. Very badly done and they will not work with me to fix the problem.

Shocking customer service

Being perfectly honest the product I bought and EVENTUALLY got was great my issue is with the customer service the company provides or doesn’t provide. They delivered the wrong Gazebo and then after realising it was their fault and not the delivery companies they agreed to change it but said it would take 2 weeks (ok, I thought), they didn’t provide full delivery instructions for courier for the 2 delivery and after taking the day off work it didn’t arrive. I called the company that day and am still awaiting a reply from them, I called the courier company and dealt with directly, eventually 3 weeks after this the correct item was delivered. Great product shame about the lack of customer service skills.
