TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

After only the second time I used my new BBQ from Garden Grills the table developed a crack which nearly 7 months on continues to grow !, we immediately reported this issue to Sally who has completed ignored us and will not respond to our request for help ! What a terrible customer service please do not use this company.

Still waiting……..

I’m due for a delivery on Friday 20th October after purchasing a bbq back in early September (asked for order to be held to the nature of my employment). Up until this week, communication was fine yet have rang and left voicemails and sent emails - no response. I’m starting to feel dubious about this company despite a promising starts - I wish I had read the reviews on here although Richard and Sally have less than 48 hours to restore my faith until I have to take it further.

20/10/23 - Delivery made mid morning as yet to unpacked

Disgraceful company

Disgraceful company. We placed an order for our bbq on 15th July and despite numerous attempts to contact them to chase up delivery there has been no response.
The phone numbers they provide ring unanswered and occasionally revert to a message saying they are closed and will reopen on 25th August . Today is 13th September!!!!!
Their chat and email function also remains unanswered.
Very poor customer service

QUALITY MASONRY BBQ…

I bought a masonry bbq at a sale price. Superb value for money and a quality product. Delivered promptly with first class customer service . Really happy with my new bbq and can’t wait to use it.
Thank you Garden Grills - highly recommended.

Nothing but a positive experience with…

Nothing but a positive experience with Garden Grills. Ordered the Orlando BBQ and it was in my garden 4 days later. Great contact throughout and mid build I sent an email asking a question and Sally answered in seconds.
The product is fantastic. Some issues with delivery due to where we live but the couriers moved heaven and earth to get it to us. Cannot fault the product or the service.

Great BBQ and delivery

My BBQ arrived as promised and very pleased with it..Has had lots of use in this warm weather.
Thanks to delivery guys and Sally for your communications appreciated...Happy BBQing for me :)

We ordered a Ulisse BBQ . Be wary

We ordered a Ulisse BBQ from the website that was showing as available and delivery within a few days .
However after a week we chased it up with Garden Grills and had a reply from Sally .
Sally then quoted 7 weeks delivery and that it was on their page when we ordered.
If this had been the case we wouldn’t have ordered. We emailed Sally an additional 3 times with all emails being ignored and not replied to .
Eventually she replied when we asked for a refund . She again replied and said the delivery date was on the PLEASE NOTE section about the delivery, but made no mention of the refund .
We pursued the refund stating that under the Consumer Rights Act but heard nothing back .
Luckily we had paid through PayPal and took it up with them as Sally still hadn’t responded .
If you decide to use this company be very careful if you want to cancel your order. As we found out , they will keep hold of your money until the very last moment .
Hardly good customer service especially for a BBQ that was £650 .

Bad service, do not buy from them

Ordered the Aral BBQ and after a long 7 weeks we finally received a BBQ after unpacking realised it was the same style BBQ but wrong colour they had sent the Andria. I phoned Sally who said she would look into it and asked me to send photos. I received an email back saying it was wrong label on the packaging and we had correct BBQ, what a load of rubbish I think black and what I would call a stone colour are not the same. Again I emailed back saying they were wrong and I wanted it replaced, no reply, again I emailed back giving them a compromise as its same design we would repaint it ourselves if they could give us a discount to cover the cost which I thought was reasonable. Sally emailed back saying she would ask Richard whoever that is, I am still waiting for a response after 5 days, we couldn't wait any longer as I have family coming for BBQ for husbands birthday so we have painted at our own expense. Do not buy from this company they don't seem to care about customers and their reputation. Really bad service

Ordered my BBQ on Monday and expected…

Ordered my BBQ on Monday and expected to receive it by the end of the week. Little did I know the delivery was scheduled 14 days later. I emailed Sally to have it delivered sooner but she was nothing but RUDE. Saying that I missed the weekly delivery(Communication on Tuesday morning) she wasn't nice or understanding. She has a lot to learn about customer services. It's not my fault I missed HER delivery program or misread the 4 to 14 days delivery fine print. A simple apologie for the inconvenience caused would have sufficed. not shaming me on emails saying it was MY fault

Great service

I ordered a bbq on the Sunday and was delivered on the Friday as promised by sally, the bbq did arrive but there was a piece that was broken! Spoke with sally and replacement was sent the following Friday. Great service would recommend. Thanks sally.

Found on eBay and was quick to email …

Found on eBay and was quick to email with details before I placed my order. Once order placed the service level was poor. Arranged delivery and then they tried to deliver a day early. Called them up and at first no response then emailed me the delivery company's number and reference. The adhesive never arrived with the delivery so offerd refund but still waiting. Great product. But dread to think what would of happened had I had a damaged piece and we paid over £300 for this BBQ :(
