Don’t use them
Don’t use them. They said 2 - 4 business days for delivery. Didn’t turn up after a week so I chased and they said delivery estimated another 3 days time. No apologies no explanation. I told them I would not be there for the delivery past 3 days as I was on holiday. They then said they could not get the stock. So basically took the money didn’t have the stock and rubbish customer service. They say they’re issuing a refund and I’m still waiting

False advertising. Website describes hose, and I quote, "Hozelock 60m Assembled Hose Cart - With Hose & Fittings", but when you go to choose the hose, the price is for 30m or 50m.
