Dreadful. Product broke within a few uses. Emailed the company and no response. Appears to be a scam.

Absolute scam, hose burst for no reason and try to complain and return but have never had a reply, buy from this company at your peril

Complete scam artists. The alleged address of this company is actually occupied by another company. It doesn't exist.
They are perfectly fine shipping from within the UK but to initiate a return you have to send it to Australia. Convenient.
Who are their UK reseller?
There are in fact multiple UK websites with the exact same lay out, basing themselves at the same address in Australia.
Clearly the same owners.
This whole sham is some vain attempt to circumvent the consumer protection act as they know they are shipping absolute tat that will break.
As for the hose, complete rubbish. Worked a handful of times and then failed.
Reported to trading standards for fraud.
Initiated charge back

Bought this in June , by July it had burst. Wrote but no reply. I copied their advert before I bought it . The advert promised 1 year guarantee, That has since disappeared, I claimed Cashback on my Debit card. Make sure you pay by Card....no matter what you buy. Got my money back,

Disgraceful customer service, no replies to emails, email address comes back as undeliverable and the only contact info is Australia. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I have left this review for a couple of weeks as I was hoping for a resolution from the seller….but NO SUCH LUCK!!!!!
After reading the good reviews on this company two weeks ago, we bought a supposed 100ft expanding hose to replace another one we’ve had for about 8yrs (from somewhere else), BUT on the very first use it was evident the hose certainly DOES NOT expand to 100ft!!! I need it to reach about 85/90ft, but IT DOES NOT EVEN REACH THAT!!!
I wrote to the company to let them know that it doesn’t reach the advertised 100ft and asked if I can exchange it for the 150ft one. They replied that my water pressure needs to be turned up, and then it will reach the 100ft!!
I replied saying that our water pressure in our house is excellent, and that I will be paying the extra for the longer hose.
Their reply - No, because it’s been used!!!
I replied that as per the instructions you HAVE to have the water on first to expand the hose to it’s maximum length, so of course it’s been ‘used’!!!!!!!

They have failed to reply to any further emails!
Since reading those ‘good’ reviews from 2 weeks ago EVERY SINGLE review has been BAD, WARNING PEOLE TO AVOID THEM!!! Makes you wonder if they are genuine reviews!

Do not use this company - the hosepipe burst in less than a month. My real concern is their total lack of customer service. You cannot even get a reply to any emails or their contact form. I can't even find out where to complain - utterly disgusted.

Please DO NOT use this company Their products fail on the first use. My husband bought a hose pipe and it burst open within 2 minutes. I have emailed many times to ask for his money back not one reply and I sent a recorded letter to their office in East Ham and again not a response. Save your money And valuable time. Do not read their reviews because they are fake

Please DO NOT waste your money with this company. Didn’t deliver the goods and claim they did not hear from me to query it- despite me emailing three times. Now they have responded when I said I would refer to my local ombudsman, saying too much time has gone now so they can do nothing. Companies like this should be closed down!

I purchased the expanding garden hose and so far no complaints. It works well and seems to be good quality. Does what they advertise. Purchased to replace 2 more expensive well known hoses which I bought this summer and they failed within 1-2 days. I would use company again. Thank you, good product.

Since writing my review I have discovered that their address in London is merely an accomodation address used by several companies. I am trying to use credit card chargeback to see if I get any refund.

I should have checked the reviews!!!! This so called company needs closing down. They are stealing hardworking peoples money without a care, they need prosecuting!
As all other reviews say, my hose exploded on only the third use. Ive sent many emails with no reply. Searched the web and N0 telephone numbers anywhere! But why would there be when they are not a real company. Im in the process of contacting Trading standards!

RUBBISH. Do not waste your money lasted 2 days then leaks everywhere.
No reply to emails. No telephone number. Going to search for CEO. And take them to small claims court.

Product arrived promptly but after using twice it disintegrated - not fit for purpose ! Sent numerous emails to customer support ( no phone number available ) still no contact .

These are terrible products. Hose exploded after 2 uses! I've emailed their support address numerous times to try and get a replacement or refund, but there is never a response despite offering a "12 month warranty". DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Avoid yes they are cheap for a reason hose burst after 3 rd use emailed 4 times without a response. Look elsewhere for a quality Jose and save money in the long term
