I too wish I had read these reviews, unfortunately I trusted the ones on their website to be true ones! Mine sprung a leak within 3 uses. Ne reply from the company after I messaged them. Waste of money.

Wish I had checked reviews before purchasing. Same issues as everyone else rubbish product and no response from emails or contact us form.

I'm reluctant to give this seller even 1 star. They do not deserve it. Echoing all other reviews - I bought this in good faith for my 85 year old Mum. She has a small back yard, full of pots of plants - her pride and joy. The hose 'exploded' after using it just a few times. The seller are ignoring emails which include photos of the hose. Absolutely scandalous seller who are profiteering, in the case I describe, from elderly, vulnerable.people. they should b ashamed of themselves! My Mum will now have to find money she can ill afford to replace this excuse for a hose.

Product explodes after a few uses. Company refuse to respond to multiple emails. No number to call. This product is a con, don’t fall for it like we did!

Third time of using their expanding hose it literally blew up with quite a bang. Would be useful for sub sea seismic operations but not watering gardens. No response to email - shame authorities do nothing about crooks like this lot

Very disappointed, ordered 2 30m hoses, one burst within 3 days, the other is fine so far. 4 emails and 3 website messages later I still have no response from Garden Hose based in the business centre at East Ham. Live and learn, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Avoid this company’s sweet talk.

Exactly as all other reviews. Hose burst after a week and the company are ignoring emails. There is no phone number to call. AVOID. Will be reporting them.

Do not order from this company! Bought 150 ft retactable hose for £29.99 it Exploded after only using it once.I have emailed them with no reply and still waiting for a refund I have emailed photos of the hose and also order no.as I always screen shot purchases.😡I want my money back.From Angela Lloyd.January 2023 update.This company I discovered are based in Australia..Just to let you know I did not get my money back and they are a scam company who ignored all of my emails.

Purchased a 150Ft hose from company which when I used for the 1st time exploded and burst. Contacted company via their CONTACT US form and also sent an email to the support email address. Now been 2 weeks and not even an acknowledgement. Find this very poor customer service. This was my 2nd purchase from gardenhose.co.uk and it will be my last. Will not be recommending them.

Absolutely disgraceful company. I bought a 150ft extendable hose which broke on first use with 3 holes in it.

After numerous attempts to return (they only have email NOT PHONE) and they failed to reply everytime.

They make out they are a trusted website displaying that they have 4.9 stars out of 5 on a website called reviews.io which are lies. When I looked at the reviews it has one star and all are having issues.

I fell for the reviews but please avoid this at all costs

An absolute mute company without phone contacts, the only means is via email, and no response from them. No way of returning items or exchange. Do not buy from them.

I searched for another company from whom I’d bought a super hose previouslyand didn’t realise thesearch took me to wrong site. This company must be using the names of reputable companies in the search terms theyuse in ad-buys and keywords. As soon as I saw hose I realised it is too narrow for length/force of water.
Another give away was the mis-spelling of simple words on the box. No response to requests for details how to return it.

Same issue as others - hose burst in first week of use and no response to email or from contact us form - I am going to contact my card provider - don’t use this company. Wish I’d checked trust pilot first.

Update as of 9th September 2022 - I have just received a refund via Chargeback on my debit card - I would urge others to pursue a refund via their card company - hopefully this awful company will go out of business!

Why oh why didn’t I read reviews on this site before I purchased a hose from these people! First time I used it there was a bang and hose and covering material split. Beyond repair and like others no reply to emails and no other way to contact these people. DO NOT BUT A HOSE FROM THEM.
