DO NOT BUY A GARDEN HOSE FROM THESE CON MEN.
Garden hose i bought was absolute rubbish.
3rd time I used it the seam split.
Customer service is non existent, no reply to 3 emails.

Do not buy from this company, my mother and I both purchased garden hoses and they lasted less than 2 weeks before bursting. All attempts at contacting the company have failed to get a response.

I WAS, really impressed with the hose.
After purchasing 75ft on 3rd April 2022.
But after it failed by exploding and popping.
Note" i did not snag it on any sharp object"!
Ive contacted there customer services 3 times as per there terms and conditions but ive gone completely ignored.
Waste of money.
Having to raise dispute with bank.
I Do believe them to be a fraudulent company.

Read the online reviews on their website and as all were 5 stars went ahead with purchasing their longest hose.
Arrived Tuesday night and on first use on Wednesday it blew up like a balloon and burst. Reviews on their website also mention metal hose end that fits like a glove onto the tap but mine was plastic and leaked. I would have put up with that though if the hose hadn’t exploded. I have contacted them twice, first time immediately after the explosion and the second time after 48 hours as I hadn’t heard back, I’m still waiting and reading these reviews I’m not hopeful.

This company continues to do it. Its principle time and time to make them accountable for their actions. Directors HMRC and trading standards.

These scammers use the same postal address for another scam company they run for kids smart watches! Surely they need to be traced and take down..

I purchased a hose in February but didn’t use it till the hot weather in March. On the first use it popped loudly so no longer worked. The company offered one year warranty and replacement/ refund if not happy. I have sent five emails requesting a replacement, both through their in line support section and by direct email. I have not had a single reply or even an
acknowledgment. So customer support is non existent, even if it exists! Avoid this company and don’t waste your money!

I wish I had read these reviews too. I also have been taken for a fool. Like others pipe burst after 3uses . Lots of emails...no reply.No contact number..Disgrace. Do not buy from this company!!!!!!!

Flipping heck - I wish I had known about these reviews on this page - I only read the reviews on their website - not realising that they may not genuine.

I ordered a hose from gardenhose.co.uk on 19 March 2022 - the hose is extremely poor quality - has holes in it and is leaking.
No contact phone number and they are
not replying to emails or Contact Form on their website.
I have obviously been ripped off.

I have copy of email confirming purchase it anyone needs to see.

Scam this company take money send nothing and refuse to send money back excuse after excuse

My experience is the same as the other reviewers. This is a total scam. Hose burst sfter 4 uses. Multiple attempts to contact the supplier via their website and by email have been fruitless. There is no phone number to call either. DO NOT deal with this company!

I wish I'd read these reviews before I purchased from them. My hose burst the first time of use, I have emailed several times requesting a replacement or refund and have heard nothing back!

I am another victim of this company the hose burst first time it was used, I have emailed 4 times and have not as yet received a reply, this company should be banned from advertising on line. I have found another company trading from the same address once again no telephone number and promise of replying to email within 24 hours it is called Proscooter selling electric scooters.

My garden hose has a 2 ft split in it after the third use. My emails asking for a refund have been ignored and there is no phone number on the website, as well as no option to write a review. So terrible product and terrible service. Please don’t buy one, an absolute waste of money.

I beg you not to buy from this company. I bought 2 hoses in the past couple of weeks, one was a present for my son. Both hoses burst first time of use. I have tried various methods of contact as they are supposed to be available 24/7. Total rubbish, I have made contact 8 times via email and using their online form, to no avail. Trading standards need to investigate this firm. I have lost £45 and did research the firm before buying, every review on their site gives a five star rating, they must be writing the reviews themselves. Give them a wide berth.

I used the hose twice and it burst. As it was within14 to return it i emailed them 3 times and heard nothing. Their terms and conditions say they will respond within 24 hours which is a joke. Not a good company.

Ordered hose arrived in plastic bag not a box with several parts missing. Filled in contact form twice which states they will reply in 24 hours - no response. Sent email direct no response left with hose that doesn’t work
