Non delivery.
Placed my order on the 17th of July for an early August delivery according to their order form. Did not arrive. Contacted them on August 7th and got this reply : Just to update you on your order, ref OR15983957.
I am sorry to advise there has been a slight delay in shipping your items.
Your Estimated Despatch Date is: Mid August 2026'
Did not arrive.
Sent another email on 1st September to get this reply :
Hi Philip,
After checking our system, it appears your order is currently on backorder. We will dispatch your items as soon as our new stock arrives.
We are expecting our next shipment of this item to arrive around 15th September. Once received and passed the quality checks, your order will be dispatched.'
Still nothing.
Contacted them today 24/9/2026 and got this :
I do apologise for the delay with your order.
I can see your order is currently awaiting stock for the Buddleia Wisteria Lane 9cm, on our system the stock is scheduled to be delivered to the nursery from mid October.
So from a delivery in early August we now have a date somewhere in the middle of October. Make your own minds up. Is this good service?

I had to email asking where my plants…
I had to email asking where my plants were they said to check the tracking number.long story short my plants has been forgotten about they arrived yellow and subsequently have now died even from taking them the box watering letting breath everything you’re meant to do, so disappointed
