Can't get the staff !!!
Only gave 3* because of the incompetence of the delivery company – 'InPost'
The hanging basket plants were dry & half dead after a 10 day transit !!
Some of the plants were lose in the box along with 50% of the compost, so had obviously been tipped upside down.
Gardening direct shipped a free replacement that arived in 3 days in good condition.

Poor service
I bought pack of 3 Gerberas. One looked almost dead on arrival and one was pretty poor.
They sent me the cost of one with hardly any apology or anything for compensation. What's the good of that? They had run out of the plant and I couldn't send elsewhere for a replacement without the cost of delivery.
Why didn't they send new plants? I ended up with one out of the three.

I ordered Aubrieta Katie on 5/9/26,and they were delivered on 11/9/26. This supplier is good with their delivery timings. The plants were in good condition in their multi-holed planters.
