Fantastic product! Great customer service. The plants arrived in fab condition and they arrived very quickly, after ordering. Just about to plant them in my hanging basket. I’ve had them on my windowsill for nearly two weeks (as recommended by you) and they have started to flower and flourish…so now time to plant. Sure that they are going to be amazing. Careless packing.
The items I ordered were delivered in a box with Pansies at the bottom, and then, Hyacinths and Alliums plonked on top of them, which resulted in the pansies very squashed and flattened, and some broken.
I undid the package and put them in the Greenhouse, and, managed to revive some enough to be used, but, as it was the pansies that I most wanted, I was disappointed.

Can't get the staff !!!
Only gave 3* because of the incompetence of the delivery company – 'InPost'
The hanging basket plants were dry & half dead after a 10 day transit !!
Some of the plants were lose in the box along with 50% of the compost, so had obviously been tipped upside down.
Gardening direct shipped a free replacement that arived in 3 days in good condition.

Poor service
I bought pack of 3 Gerberas. One looked almost dead on arrival and one was pretty poor.
They sent me the cost of one with hardly any apology or anything for compensation. What's the good of that? They had run out of the plant and I couldn't send elsewhere for a replacement without the cost of delivery.
Why didn't they send new plants? I ended up with one out of the three.
