First plants I received were in poor…

First plants I received were in poor condition. GD supplied some replacements which were ok.
Second part of my order arrived ok
Third delivery which were Begonias were a disaster
Couldn’t be bothered again to go all through the complaints process

The service was superb

The service was superb. Thanks for sending it via Yodel and not Evri. Packaging was beautiful. The plants were wonderful. I've followed instructions carefully and have potted them in my conservatory. Going to plant them out over the next few days. The plants are all really healthy and fresh, especially my ceanothus which is already blooming in the conservatory. Can't wait to get it out in the soil. I will be ordering more. Thank you.

I have order numerous plants over the…

I have order numerous plants over the years.This year the service is dreadful.When my first order arrived all the plants were broken.My second order never arrived although I had an email stating the order had been dispatched.I emailed customer services and was informed they would resend the order.This time I received 1 part of the order and not the second part.Another email to GD and no reply.I am not sure if the second part of the order will arrive.
The service which has in the past been good is absolutely dreadful this year.
