This is my second review on my order as…

This is my second review on my order as I had some plants replaced. Unfortunately the replacement plants were no better than the originals and are very poor specimens. Some dead on arrival and several of the remainder very poor.
Overall I would say they are not the plants I would expect from gardening direct. I have used them several times but I would say this will probably be my last. Quite disappointing this year.

Good

The plants were fine. The ordering process was easy and straightforward, and the delivery quick. The company were good at keeping in touch to let me know the progress of my order.
However, the size of the plants was a little disappointing and I would have liked some planting and care instructions included with the package.

Begonia cascade dead after talking…

Begonia cascade dead after talking online lots having issues with these being sent out before time to be healthy. Other plants fine but the reason low is no customer service waiting for them to resolve issues but only a robot
Thanks for responding now public and can affect future business but feel very let down as you have not done what said after sent complaint in! I still want a response it is a complaint not feedback!

I thought I was buying 60+ 60free…

I thought I was buying 60+ 60free plants but Something wrong with my order entering and only got 60. However those damaged in transit were replaced - and so acceptable outcome but not as good as intended.

I’ll know better in future that when you start offering a buy 60 get 60 free what you mean is that we’ve got too many in stock and can’t sell them by which time they have grown too much and are just a tangled mess. Very very poor quality plant. Really disappointed given the previous orders I’ve received before.

Good customer service, good quality

Products are good quality, and when there were issues with the order (courier damaged plants badly, incorrect number of items sent), replacements were sent out very quickly.
Will certainly use again.
