Disappointed
Service was good and I received the product quickly however I was disappointed on opening the parcel as the item was much smaller than I had expected. It was overpriced for what it is. Maybe free delivery for such a small item would have made it better value.

I'm really sorry you were disappointed with the size of the growing kit and the delivery cost. Unfortunately, with regards to the delivery, there is not much we can do about this, as we are already subsidising postage - each parcel costs us £4.09 plus the box (~30p), and we charge customers £3.99 in line with other retailers. I hope you can appreciate that we cannot afford to give free delivery to all our parcels, as the cost is not determined by us.
As for the price of the growing kit itself, I'm sorry it didn't meet your expectations. We have just launched this item so we have had pricing feedback from product testers, which is why we have priced as we have done. As well, considering the pot is biodegradable, peat free and contains everything one would need to grow, it is unlike any other growing kit on the market, and its price aligns with plastic-containing kits sold on our website and elsewhere.
I hope that makes sense. We will take your feedback into account when pricing in the future.
