Sent completely the wrong dimensions!

Sent completely the wrong dimensions!

Order two made to measure outdoor bench cushions. Took 3 weeks to arrive and when they have, are completely different to the dimensions order and are useless.

Tried calling, but they don't answer the phone, either to sales or service.

Do they actually exist?!?!

Non existent customer service

Non existent customer service! Ordered cushions but wanted to return a few of them as they didn't really go with the sofa. Completely ignored all my emails and never answer the phone. Supposedly they will accept returns within 14 days, well that's useless when you're just ignored. Avoid!

Good service, good value, good processing speed.

Gardenista is part of Loftus25 group so there is access to a wide range of products - and more agents seem to be working with customer services. Despite the initial wait for my 10% discount on sign up, I have not penalised the company score as they refunded a generous discount on a processed order.
The cushions and covers I ordered arrived well packaged and very quickly. Although the colour of the covers was a bit whiter than came up on my computer screen the quality is good and the print excellent. Look as though they will withstand our British 'Summer' weather. I would recommend the company for its speed of processing orders, the value of the products and the follow up to queries.
