Non existent customer team. Received an expensive umbrella bases which is faulty and unsafe. Three emails later and no reply. Contact form no longer working. Do not use this company.

Never order from this company. Their customer service is non existent! If I could give zero stars I would. I emailed and used the contact form online multiple times to request a return and never once received a reply. I placed the order in September 2025 and I tried for over a month to return the item. Today the 18th of February 2026 I have just received an email to say my order has finished being proceeded they hope I like my order, this is extremely frustrating! I'm stuck with an item I don't need or want and I've wasted money.

Ordered items paid and waited
Nothing happened - 2 weeks later no contact just an auto email to say item had been refunded due to no stock

Waited for a month to pass and checked website and it showed 140 in stock so placed a new order

Followed up a week later asking for an update
Received another auto email saying no stock!

Don’t waste your time or effort
No correspondence - website not updated and looking at the reviews, most have a negative experience

I ordered my item, it never got sent. Didn’t receive any dispatch information. I emailed the company but they didn’t reply, had to contact my bank to do a charge back. Probably a fake website. Avoid!!

Ordered and paid for goods online. We were out when DPD tried to deliver and they dropped the parcel at a DPD service point who are now refusing to release the goods without a release code. I’ve sent 3 e mails over the last week to Garden Leisure without response. AWFUL SERVICE.

Good sturdy product

Great product and service

I bought a cook king firepit and grill plate from the Garden Leisure Shop. I fired it up this weekend with the kids and it was great! Quality of the product was really good and communication from GLS was clear and timely, they even called me to arrange my delivery. Very impressed.

Joe was very helpful and accommodating with my order for a Callow XL BBQ. He price matched the item and the ordering process was very swift. Thank You.

Prompt delivery , kept in communication by text and phone. Delivery prompt. Good price. All round fantastic service & product

I’m giving 5 stars because I got the bbq at a good price compared with others, and Joe for prompted answering of my emails questions and chasing as to why it took a month for delivery, anyway it’s hear now, delivered as 2 parts on a pallet by a nice lad that was so helpful, just like to remind people this is a very heavy item, I had to unpack the pallet and carry to back garden you need some help!! As it’s back braking heavy, and takes a while to build, I looked at several bbq’s and this one is a monster and made of the thickness steel without the price tag, I’m yet to fire it up as I’ve only just built it up but it’s big heavy and a thing of beauty

Good products at great prices and outstanding service. Had an issue that wasn't Garden Leisure Shops fault but they sorted it out instantly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use them again. Thanks guys. 👍

I ordered a paella pan which came with a faulty part. Joe was brilliant at sorting out the issue and keeping me informed.i felt very well looked after and the new part sorted the problem. A very good experience altogether.

Only sent out half my order, can't get a reply from customer services so now I've lost money. I definitely don't recommend this place.
