Do you have any connection with a company called Beehomie.com, which is also currently selling the G45 Pro strimmer at half-price? This company gets extremely bad reviews. It appears not to be UK based.

Ordering was easy. Cost of the decking was very competitive and sturdy framed. The company responded to a query on the delivery and true to their word the man contacted us when he arrived. He was so helpful and deserves a medal. Delivering on the kerbside was difficult but he managed to came right up to the gate: over a tarmacked path. Amazingly helpful. Everything was packed on a crate and easy and relatively light weight to carry to inside the garden. Took 2 of us less than 10 mins to offload.

Not happy with the lack of communication. Very dissapointed. No mention of repayment at all.

There is no mention of Garden Life Stores as a registered company on Gov.uk. Is there a reason for this?

Overall very pleased with Alnwick summerhouse and base. We have almost finished building it. Along the way were a few small issues - firstly the base was missing a peg but we used a nail instead. The latch on the summerhouse was too big and didn't fit tight to both sides but again we put a piece of wood on the inside to make it fit tight. It doesn't seem the right one for this particular door. The tacks for the felt roofing were also too short and kept falling out. We had to use extra long tacks for extra security. Apart from the above we are delighted with it and for your customer service when I asked for delivery requirements.

We recently bought the power pent summer house from garden life stores and it is the perfect addition to our garden. Garden life stores were very helpful and informative about the product. They answered all the queries we had which was a big help in making sure we bought what we needed. GLS has a personal touch you don’t get from big retailers. The summer house was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Great company to deal with from start to finish. Would definitely recommend and would purchase from garden life stores again.

We recently bought a Power Garden shed. Everything went smoothly from the ordering through to the delivery. Great company to deal with.

Gardenlife needs to assist and track customer orders till customer is in receipt of order from shipment to delivery. Providing tracking number and carrier and customer having to track and monitor is not acceptable. Customer should not have to phone and track shipment with supplier and delivery service. It is for Gardenlife to perform as the seller of the item. Refunds need to take place immediately, not when Gardenlife receives their refund first from shipper, the customer should never be asked to wait till Gardenlife receives their refund first. The customer comes first as purchased directly from Gardenlife, not from supplier.

Had a mix up with a delivery company telling us our delivery was on an earlier date, this was false information. Gardenlifestores checked with Asgard and confirmed the true delivery date was as we had been informed, so sorted the matter quickly and efficiently. The bike shed arrived on the correct date and is now housing two bikes, top product, top customer service.

The store worked hard to resolve an issue that occurred with an order. I was impressed with the rapid responses to emails and willingness to try and assist when things had not gone quite right.

After waiting a while for a dispatch message, I was messaged saying rowlinsons would not supply the bolt downs or fence posts unless i buy panels, the order was just cancelled and £10 voucher offered.
First time using the shop so cant recommend and wont be using again. Rowlinson have lost you a potential customer.

Don’t normally write reviews but really feel this company deserve it. ordered a summer house but unfortunately was out of stock they took the time to help me decide on another, nothing was too much trouble and they kept me totally up to date on delivery and everything would 100% recommend thanks guys x
