URGENT: SCAM ALERT: GARDENLOVER.CLUBI have no idea who this company is but just realized in my credit card statement that I have been charged twice by these fraudsters. I have no account with them, no email from them and still charged twice with any alert from my bank. Any help on how do I get my money back.

Facebook advent calendar scam.
I fell for a £3.00 advent calendar scam on Facebook.
Initially they took £10 then tried to take another £22 under the name Garden lovers club.
I'm so broke that I spotted it immediately and contacted HSBC who refunded me and cancelled my card.

Prompt resolution
I contacted customer service via online chat and advised what my query was, i was dealt with by Dexter who quickly resolved my issue and actioned a refund to me which would normally be outside normal business practices.
